Our basement remodel just got completed as the furniture and barstools were delivered this morning. Seamless. My wife was shopping for bar stools for the bar and discovered that Altman’s also sold furniture. Quality furniture and reasonably priced. Who knew? Going forward we’ll do business with this local business. From the initial discussions and through the sales process and ultimately to the professional delivery… great experience. Here’s a few pictures.
Altman's has been amazing!!! We had a leak in our hot tub, while not only providing us with the proper products and instructions, they proceeded to give us a call to check up!!! Also, when panel screws went missing, due to my old age and not remembering where I put them, they graciously gave a new panel fasteners. We will continue to do business there every time. Great business and great people.
What a breath of fresh air to have a local small business still providing excellent customer service and care. Thank you to Bob for such a great experience buying a hot tub from you. From start to finish was great. Delivery crew was also fantastic and super helpful. Great Job!
I first visited the store a little over 5 years ago when I was shopping for a hot tub. While visiting Altman's, they explained to me that there are risks with buying tubs elsewhere because replacement parts are hard to come by, repairs can be difficult, and the general poor workmanship /build quality. Honestly, my wife and I chalked that up to nothing more than a sales pitch and ultimately decided to buy what we thought was a more attractive hot tub from another retailer.
