RecommendedAs the CFO of Armour, I know the leadership team and Board of Directors are committed to "Residents First in Everything We Do". Through COVID-19, we focused on the safety of residents and staff. I absolutely recommend Armour whether you want to downsize to a maintenance free home or villa, apartment style living, need some medical assistance or need skilled nursing services. We provide continuum care.
RecommendedI can only speak of The Parks independent living building. No huge buy in like other fancier places. This place is a genuine neighborly feel. The staff is caring. The residents all seem to be ‘friends’ and there is a homey feel about the place. They have a nice party area where they hold various events from a monthly byob or a lavish holiday party. Residents are allowed to reserve for personal events too. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

The Director of Nursing parks her brand new Silverado in a handicapped spot with no handicapped placard as well as other cars with no placard therefore real handicapped people (whom are guests/tenants, not staff) have to walk even further. I would assume staff parking is not right in front of the entrance. Not to mention the cold food and bugs! Do better!!
They need to get a new director of nursing. Lori is not nice at all to the family of the residents.
