I was a member here for over 3 years, my experience has been excellent. The people have all been friendly and helpful. The facilities are great. There is a large parking area so no issues there. I built my own gym and no longer needed to go, cancelling my membership was easy. I filled out the cancel request form on their website and I had a return cancellation confirmation email the next day.
*** EDIT *** They were able to resolve my issue. 😴 Was a member for two years.The only reason I am giving them a two star is because of customer service. I cancelled my membership in April/May over the phone as I moved away from Idaho and they said it was a done deal and wished me luck. A few months later I get a message from their general manager, Joseph, saying I never cancelled? Also, that I am being sent to collections?! Why punish me for a mistake your team made? Great gym, staff is great and professional, gym is clean. My only suggestion is some of the people working out need to respect others during workout by spending less time texting on their phones. It’s starting to become a real issue at times in the morning hours.
This place has everything that I love about a gym. Pool, wide variety of machines, large rouge room, classes, steam/sauna. Place is really clean and staff is friendly and attentive.
The gym is fine. The speakers are loud, play terrible music and speakers are impossible to avoid. Everyone wears headphones why do we need music being blasted so loud?
