I have been a member here for many years, due to this being the closest gym to my house. The remodel of the gym includes a nice new sauna, which I love, but the gym equipment could really use some upgrades! The stair steppers are awful! Most of the time there is at least 1-2 of the 6 machines not working and the body shaker machine has not been replaced 😒 Overall cleanliness of the gym is ok (saunas need vacuumed just like all the other areas) Overall would be nice to see upgraded equipment.
If I could give this gym zero stars, I absolutely the hell would. $50 a month ontop of an annual fee of $60 and more than half of your cardio machines don’t work? Place is a scam. Planet fitness is better than this. Nobody should have to change machines 3 times because of “errors”. Totally vibe ruining. Waste of MONEY
Since buying axiom the membership has gone up dramatically but no improvements have been made. Added pictures of broken/damaged machines. Just 3 of many im sure
Not an entirely bad gym in general. The equipment is dated. Alot of the treadmills dont work well so you have to play musical chairs to find a good one. Some lifting equipment out of service for long periods which cuts down on the available equipment which goes hand in hand with the next issue, space. Unfortunately I am limited to peak hours in the morning or afternoon but there is just simply way to many people to get a decent workout in. I cancelled my membership when Villa Sport took over Axiom and they didn't complete my cancellation when they were suppose to and waited 2 months to complete my cancellation and charged me a late fee saying they attempted to charge my bank, which never changed for 2 decades.They collected money that didn't belong to them. Frauds ! For 3 years my account was in good standing with Axiom. Someone didn't do there job properly and waited months to finish the cancellation.
