This review is long overdue but necessary. I met with trainer Steven Grey on May 5th for a fitness interview. He was so gracious with his time and expertise. He shared his experience as a personal trainer and I learned a lot about his why. He cares deeply for his clients and is passionate about helping his clients find their why and achieve their goals. I highly recommend working with him. Thank you Steven for your help and carrying such great energy. You are truly a valuable asset to Villa Sport!!

I had a very fortunate experience working with Steven, Ryan, Jeff and Jack who are the supervising/managing staff at this location. They all helped me with great levels of courtesy and attention to the details I needed handled. Notwithstanding occasional communication delays due to the business pace of the gym, this is a fantastic crew and very compassionate people to work with. Unfortunately the time has come for me to leave a unpleasant review. I’m sure most can agree that they’re disappointed in the membership increase. I can understand it but it needs to make sense, the bathrooms are very filthy. During the evening its a mess, paper towels are everywhere on the floor, trash cans are filled over the brim. Paper towels are completely empty with nobody checking over. The sauna is very dirty, it definitely looks like its never been cleaned since the remodel. The gym is great the sales pitches are terrible! 600$ a month for personal trainer is insane! I give the gym 5* I give the guy who kept talking after I said no 3x to his sales pitch 0* sorry bro no means no and you should know that when someone is trying to run out the door shut the f up and accept you didn't get the sale. Would have loved to work with Theresa she seemed smart. But 150$ an hr for a trainer at a gym seems insane. Wish there was a better option close to my house.

Loved that there's a women's fitness room. There's a large variety of equipment to choose from. The place really needs to be cleaned a lot better but overall I had a good experience. The supplements they sell are way over priced though.
