They called me about a reminder of my payment which is totally fine no problem but, I had gotten married the previous weekend so I was out of town so I was seeing if I could come in on that Saturday and make payment and the lady was very rude she was like what does that have to do with loan and the she on the phone talking about Jesus Christ I can’t she has problems with other people but if you going to have an attitude like that then customer service is not for you Nice loans on Summar Ave. get it together
Manager Nicole is very helpful and sweet.She is very communicative and kind hearted person . She should train and lead her Co workers in her direction as to assisting consumers to her best ability. She deserve a raise if possible to how good she is as a worker .
