Both my experiences at Charles River have been amazing. Having been in and out of programs for the past 10 years this has been the best facility by far. All of the staff are extremely supportive from before you walk into the building all the way until you leave. The nursing, admissions, RSS’s, recovery counselors, case managers, alumni coordinators are top notch. I’ve been able to put together over 3 months now since I graduating the program. I had a great exprience with Charles River recovery. They have an amazing staff. they prepared me for the next step in my recovery, and had a great facility that I felt safe and cared for. Great group of techs and they will offer you the best care and quality groups inside the facility. Great place and great staff.
Charles River is an amazing facility that truly goes above & beyond for their clients. The medical and clinical staff members are compassionate & genuine. Scotty dedicates so much of his time to not only making clients comfortable but also communicates with their loved ones. If you are struggling with addiction and terrified, Charles River will not only open their doors for you, they’ll walk by your side the whole time. Highly recommend!
Charles River takes detox and the transition to recovery very seriously. The staff care and are always available to listen and support patients at a very low point in their lives. I was very medically and emotionally comfortable during my time there. The groups are great. Shout out to Ryan, Damien, and Tony who all supported me, as well as kept me laughing while experiencing detox. All staff were great as well and the food was far from “ hospital” food.
