Detox program is phenomenal! The staff including the director and case managers genuinely care for the well being of the patients. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for their rehab program called CSS. Staff and nurses were wonderful however the direction the program is going in since a new director took over is very disheartening. Would recommend detox and then consider transferring to a different facility for rehab.

Both my experiences at Charles River have been amazing. Having been in and out of programs for the past 10 years this has been the best facility by far. All of the staff are extremely supportive from before you walk into the building all the way until you leave. The nursing, admissions, RSS’s, recovery counselors, case managers, alumni coordinators are top notch. I’ve been able to put together over 3 months now since I graduating the program. I have been to Charles River Recovery more than once (sigh). I was participating in the Alumni call hosted by Mike Gallagher which is excellent. Mike has become a friend and guide to a hopeful sustained sobriety. He called me after the call and said he knew I was off and told me to get the "F..." back to CRR. The team is excellent - like many places they do experience a lot of turnover but the team there does the best they can with what they have!

I have been to treatment dozens of times and I have never received such quality care. The staff are the best I have ever come in contact with. They are caring, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I am truly blessed to have had the opportunity to receive care at this beautiful facility. If you are sick and suffering, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

I want to thank every single person at Charles River Recovery during my time there. When I walked through the doors I was at my absolute worst and I never thought I could get better. Every single staff member, RSS, nurse, counselor…EVERY person there was amazing. Times when I hated everyone, I hated myself, when I wanted to leave, when I didn’t think I could do it, there was always someone who helped me through and walked with me until I could see the light again.
