Had to get better tires for one of our e250 work vans. I called, they had the tires in stock and great price. It was during a snow storm too. The alignment team were able to align the van perfectly on the first try. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Could not be happier.
Took my Honda pilot in four rotate and balance of tires. Got it done in 45 minutes, however when I got home I saw dents on my brand new running boards. Obviously it was from their lift with the lift extensions that they had on it. Very disappointed, I used to like CJ tire

My car wouldn’t start today in the shopping center CJs is in. I called and spoke to Chris, who said I could walk in and we could go to my car together so he could take a look. Jump started the car, figured out I need a new battery, replaced it on the spot. Seriously the best customer service. I am so grateful! Thank you!
I got new tires, they said 45 minutes took 2 hours 45 minutes. And when I got it back they took it apon themselves to fix the slightest 1 inch of curb rash which then became a 4 inch silver streak on a charcoal grey rim. Probably won’t ever come here or any Cj tires again unless it’s a car I don’t care about.
