Service was fast and pricing fair. However two of my valve stem covers were lost and not replaced when I went in for a double tire install and rotation. They also bent my rim installing the tire. Would have been better off spending more elsewhere to not have to deal with this. Still have yet to be compensated for the damages.
Upon my recent visit to the Pottstown branch for tire maintenance and upgrade, I was pleasantly surprised at the timeliness and insight the team provided me. Real customer service at hand. Highly recommend their tire service.

Went to buy 1 tire they ordered 2 and convinced me to buy both. New tire went flat and they stated they missed a crack in my rim which how do you do that if your doing the job right (a lot of bs and playing around) then they keep my car 4 days and never call to tell me it’s done. Not professional at all don’t let them scam you and check on your car cause they won’t call you. Worst experience ever.
My car wouldn’t start today in the shopping center CJs is in. I called and spoke to Chris, who said I could walk in and we could go to my car together so he could take a look. Jump started the car, figured out I need a new battery, replaced it on the spot. Seriously the best customer service. I am so grateful! Thank you!
