First time here. Needed tires they didn't have in stock. Tom ( new manager) had employee drive to warehouse just to get the Michelin tires I requested. Excellent service all the way around. Highly recommend! 💯
I made an appointment for the next day but I stopped in the same day an hour before closing & asked if I could get a quote on tires he gave me a package which included install. I said I’ll take it! Turns out they had time to install the tires Right then, and there. It took about a half an hour. I’m thoroughly impressed and I believe I spoke with the owner. I have used CJ‘s before and I will continue to in the future. Awesome customer service ⭐️
I had a tire blowout from turning a corner too quickly with my 2017 Ram 1500 that I bought a month before that had new tires. CJ’s had the exact tire. They scheduled me in that afternoon. Great service, timing, etc. So refreshing and relieved that they had the tire and took care of me so quickly. Not to mention incredibly reasonable price.
Great Service ! My daughter came into town for the weekend. I noticed she need tires. Went to CJ and No tires in stock for her car. They told us. Leave the car here and would be done by 1 pm. It's now 9am and it's Sat. Here is the best part. They went and got the 4 tires and also replaced the sensors in all 4 tires last minute. Alex called, Told me the car was done ! WOW !! It was 12:30 pm. That's what I call great service ! Thank you very much to Alex and the CJ's entire team!!
Guys are great from start to finish! Bought my tires from these guys for the last 6 years. From initial phone call of ordering tires to making payment and walking out the door. Friendly, offered suggestions on other automotive needs without pressure or upselling. Has always been a pleasant experience. Highly recommend. North Coventry location.
