I went for a walk in oil change. Everyone was very friendly and helpful to me but also any other customer that came through while I waited. Fast service and they did not pressure me on any add on services. Because of this positive experience, we plan to switch all of auto care to CJs instead of using the dealer.

I went in to have an alignment done after replacing both tierod ends. They identified a worn steering component (inner rod) which would negat a usable alignment, and offered to replace part before rotation & alignment. The price was reasonable, So I scheduled it to be done the next day. The mechanic demonstrated a lot of knowledge about the cost estimation and honest workable limits of their trade. Can't speak to the other mechanics in the bullpen, but mine was more than good. Regards, Jim

Made a last-minute appointment to get an alignment done. Got to the shop a little bit early and they took me right away. The people in the office were great and I was in and out in a timely manner. They checked over my truck and everything was good..

If I could give zero stars, I would. Vehicle went to Kimberton CJ's for new tires and an oil change. I had numerous issues with the service, but the biggest and most unacceptable issue was not enough oil was put in the engine after the oil change. When I say not enough - 6 quarts not enough. I checked the oil level when I got the vehicle home and there was no oil on the dipstick. Looked at the invoice and saw they only added half the amount this vehicle requires. I have been purchasing my tires at CJ’s for a long time. They are so professional and their staff is kind and always makes sure you have all the details concerning tire purchase and maintenance. This visit I purchased 4 tires for my RAV4. Stephanie went over all the possibilities as well as offering (not pressuring) a plan for alignments, balances etc). I had plenty of time to decide.
