Extremely professional and quick service. I ran into a massive hole during the flood a few weeks back and blew my tire, I also thought that I collapsed my suspension or messed up one of my control arms but thankfully when they took it in, they were completely honest and didn’t try to rip me off like so many auto shops would have. Also, the night key drop off is perfect, you fill out an envelope with your contact details and leave your keys in mail slot of the door

I work next door and after an issue i had with another place I called CJ's to see if they were able to fix my car issue. Not only did they fix it, they fixed it for free. It was a minor issue that could've turned into something much more. The quickness and generosity was much appreciated after a stressful situation. I know where I will be making taking my business for now on. Thank you again CJ's!

I’m as always completely satisfied with CJ’s Tire of King of Prussia for the super fast service, I was in need of an emergency tire replacement and they said the tire wasn’t in stock until the next day. Knowing I have an AWD vehicle I was entertaining the idea of a full set of tires , the manager Mark was completely honest and said I wouldn’t need to replace them as the tread wear was within a range that didn’t require a set of tires. I have never gone in to a business and been basically denied service. If I got there at a certain time and I’m telling you I don’t mind waiting for the car even if it takes a few hours, what is the problem? I took my car there because I trusted you guys and I don’t mind waiting for that reason. I even asked if there was a better time to come back and you didn’t try to offer me a good solution. I had my car inspected here last year with no issue, but this time around, they cracked my oil pan. It’s also clear from recent reviews that this is a repeated issue. They refused to take any accountability, wanted to charge us for their mistake, and treated my family terribly. I cannot believe how the situation was handled on their end. My family were loyal customers for years and now we’ll all be taking our business elsewhere.
