First time CJ’s customer. Always prompt and thorough service. Courteous personnel and great mechanics. Always looking out to warn me of any issues with my vehicle. Since I drive for a living and have over 500,000 miles on the car, they keep me rolling and provide excellent service. They often make time for me whenever I pull in and wait on my vehicle. The service staff here is very attentive and professional I’ve had my car in here several times for inspection. But this time I was completely blown away by the cost of an inspection related repair I didn’t know their hourly rate for labor is $180. So for a three hour tail lamp installation, the cost was $540. Very similar cost to what you would pay at a dealership. Never had any issue with oil pressure or any signs of a leak, I take my car to these guys for an oil change for the first time and suddenly my “oil filter housing” is leaking. One of the few things they touched. First claimed they didn’t know what it was then suddenly had the part and price ($900). Not to mention a simple oil change took an hour and they did not include the price of the air filter in the original quote and tried to upsell me after the fact. Great customer service! Took my car in for inspection and needed some things done. They were very honest, explained everything and gave me a heads up on what I will likely need next time. I dealt with Gordan and Dan. It was a great experience. My kids also love the kid friendly waiting area! I will definitely keep giving them my business!
