Absolutely phenomenal customer service!!! Mark and his team are a great group of people and helped immediately fit us in before an upcoming snowstorm. And then when it turns out I made a mistake online ordering the wrong tires which they installed (all my fault) they immediately said it was okay and ordered the correct tires for me to get installed. CJ’s will be our forever home for anything tire related! Thanks guys! You’ll be very happy with them!
When you need your car serviced or repaired you want a group of people you can trust and who are fair. CJ’s has always provided great service to us and have always been very straight forward and forthcoming with repairs. In some instances where they diagnosed an issue but couldn’t perform the repair, they didn’t even charge us for the time spent. Compare that to a dealership that charges you to just look at your issue or tries to up sell you with extras that you may not need. We go back because we trust the work that they do... read more
I arrived around 8:40, they open at 8, so was behind a good number of people and I overheard they were down a mechanic due to illness, but they got me in as soon as they could and I had my laptop with me so the wait didn’t interrupt my work day. I truly trust them to tell me what’s wrong, what’s needed, and what’s optional and their prices are reasonable. Was visiting my son in the area and my car needed emergency service. He uses this company so called for an appointment, They were able to get me right in .I was told it would take approximately 2 hrs for service to be rendered. They have areas with charging accommodations for you to relax while you wait . Staff is curtious
