One morning on my way to work I got a low tire pressure warning and found a screw in my tire. I called CJs and received prompt and friendly service. My tire was fixed by lunchtime and the price was reasonable. I would definitely come back for future service!
Fantastic service at CJ‘s! Had an issue with the balance on my new truck tires. Without a question they got me in and resolved the issue while I waited at no charge. Fantastic and friendly service!
On my way to work, I blew out a tire. I was already riding on my spare, so I had to get roadside assistance to haul me 30 minutes up the road to CJ’s, which is down the road from my job. I’d already called numerous places prior to calling CJ’s, all of whom told me they’d have to order my exact tire, and wouldn’t be able to do the job until the next day. So far all related to new tires seem great. The following is very minor but noticeable related to experiences at other auto repair facilities. Do not change radio stations. Do not change driver’s seat positions. If you are not going to use seat belts properly but connect them and sit on top of them, disconnect them upon final exit of the vehicle. During a snow storm and very close to the 6 pm closing, they stayed open for me. I had found that my tire had become flat while I was working and would not have safely made to 30 mile home on the spire tire. They checked the tire for a leak several different ways finding no hole, and realized it could be the valve. They replaced it and I was able to make it home safely.
