Polite, professional and attentive. Were told tires would come on the 23rd, received a call and tires came 4 days earlier than expected. Dropped off car at specified time. Only negative was having to wait extra time from what we have been told in the beginning, no big deal. Great place.
Don't go here if you have nice wheels on your car. I had 4 tires put on and they ruined our wheels with dings and scrapes. Also, they said they could do a Tesla 4 wheel alignment and when we came to pick up the car they said they were unable to do it with their alignment rack. This is a hack tire place. Don't bring a nice car here.
this branch is not taking competitors coupon and is charging 50% more than other oil changes from other. The person was rude and was not customer friendly. I have being going there for past 4 years and looks like this was my last visit and will go to some where else. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Looks like management is changed and new BOSS is not user friendly. They charged 60$ for oil change compare to others charging 30$.
Every person I dealt with at CJ’s was kind, informative and courteous. I waited for my tires (4) to be replaced the same day I called about getting an appointment and the job was complete in no more than an hour.
Thank you Kevin and John for always taking care of my needs and to make me feel special. I am in good hands at CJ Ties in Lionville and tell everyone who needs Auto care to go there. As a woman, I am happy to have a place where I trust the people to help me with my issues, without taking advantage of not knowing about cars. Thank you
