Have been going to CJs for years, 6-7 different cars at this point. Good communication, good service, usually can get in even last minute. I feel like they are honest and don't relentlessly upsell me or try to convince me I need somrthing that I really don't. I appreciate that.

Revision. I purchased 4 tires for my F250 super duty at this location. The price was perfect and the staff were pleasant and very personable. If I can give just a little bit of critique to management. Communication is key. As a former business owner I always no matter the situation kept my clients in the loop. Not all were receptive or pleasant when faced with facts but most people are and the ones that arent well ill keep it civil. Great experience. I had a low pressure tire on the way home. called them right away and since my car had been there before they were able to confirm in 2 minutes that they had a tire for me. Drove there right away, had the tire changed and I was on my way home in less then 30 min. The young lady there ( I am sorry I don't remember her name ) is a genuinely nice person and always very helpful. I have used them for many years and they have always been very professional .

All the employees working the front desk and phones were very helpful and courteous, especially Keeley. She was so professional and friendly while helping me with scheduling and rescheduling appointments a few times. I had state inspection and oil change done here - most reasonably priced in the area. Can’t speak to the price of other services.

Quick, careful and thorough!! New tires look awesome. Asked to keep the old spare and they wrapped it up nicely in a bag and blanket to ensure the inside of the car would stay clean. Definitely recommend this location for new tire service! Thanks Lionville crew!!
