My tire had a slow leak that I wanted to get checked before doing a lot of traveling. I called CJ's and they were able to check my tire the very next day. Check-in was quick and the clerks were friendly and pleasant. Luckily, I got the extended warranty when I purchased the tires because the bad tire had to be replaced. Plus, they rotated my tires - all for under $30. I am very happy with my experience at CJ's.
Excellent experience! After suffering a major blowout over 100 miles from home and calling numerous shops in the area I came across CJ’s tire. My sales associate George and the other staff members were extremely professional, and knowledgeable about the products they offer. While most of the other shops had no stock of my tire and offered to order the tires for my car (Stock Jeep Grand Cherokee tire) which in some cases would have taken days, CJ’s had plenty in stock to accommodate my vehicle. Went in to have tire repaired. Nail was through sidewall so it couldnt be repaired. They ordered /sold me a matching tire. Did not try to force me to purchase 2 or 4 tires as i had plenty of tread on the other 3. Very fair and friendly and more so HONEST.
One of tires had a slow leak. CJ’s tire took my car in the morning and 4 brand new tires were done before noon the same day. Explained clearly what I needed and priced reasonably. Very happy with the service.
My experience at the Exton location was not a good one. I felt very brushed off by everyone that worked there and felt like the problem with my car was not fixed. I got told that my tire had a leak and that it was fixed. I picked it up and driving it home the low pressure light came back on. I called and told them and they told me to bring it back to check the pressure and the sensor for the light because they thought the sensor was going bad.
