Long story short: Mel and the guys took care of me and topped off my tires on a busy winter Saturday. I called them when I was on the way, no questions asked - they did it. Today I hopped in my car to pick up breakfast only to hear the car beeping at me low pressure warnings. The tires were fine last night but we had a drop in temperatures and it’s very very cold and windy today. I decided to go up to Sheetz to top the tires off. They've done a great job with my girlfriend's car tires last year. Their service is very clean and transparent. Appreciate it.
I highly recommend this shop! The staff was so friendly and kind, taking time to explain their reasoning why I needed a new tire. They also offered me such a good deal on tires that I decided to just replace all four because I would have needed to replace them in the near future. I love the new tires, they handle very well!
Mel and Sean are the best. They are attentive and supportive to help facilitate needs in a pinch. Even with some staff challenges they took great timely care of me. They are always available to help and answer questions! We love their services and support at this location. They are like old friends.
Contacted them on very short notice on a Saturday late morning before an expected snow storm and they had the specific tire we were looking for in stock and managed to squeeze us in before closing. Service and staff were both excellent and I would highly recommend them. Excited to try out the new Falken Wildpeaks to see how they perform in the snow ❄️
