I took my last car here couple years ago to get a tire patched and they did a really good job. I usually get my tires serviced at Costco since they are more convenient for me. However I’ve decided to run some aftermarket wheels and put some beefier tires on my current car but Costco declined to touch it since they only install stock tires size and they don’t even have my prefer brand in stock. I had a alignment done on each of my vehicles. I couldnt be happier. The staff is polite and professional. The waiting area is nice and clean with coffee and water if you get thirsty. The prices for service are also very good. Thank you CJ's. Well done team.
Had a flat tire while travelling, called the store to see if they would look at it even though it was very close to closing time. The manager was willing to stay and look. The tire ended up needing to be replaced but they stayed late and took care of me. Wish we had one of their stores closer to me. Would love to keep patronizing such a great establishment.
The girl at the desk was super nice and friendly. You could tell she enjoyed helping people. The mechanics were fast even though they were short handed that day. Keep up the awesome work!!!! I love that you can walk in and wait and still not be an all day thing. I got 2 tires in and out. Price was good.
Absolutely fantastic experience. I had 4 tires installed. The price was EXACTLY the price quoted. There was no tire disposal fee, no mounting fee, no balancing fee, no shop fee. The tire price WAS the price. I even got an alignment done, and again, no extra sales pitch, no this or that is wrong, they just did the job right. No more Mr Tire for me...ever.
