I have been a customer at CJ's Auto since 2019 and never had any problems or issues...until now. Dropped our 2014 Escape off for oil change, replace the horn, fix the heat and the brakes. They had the care for 15 days, told me SIX times it was ready, but there was always an issue that something was not fixed, including the battery being dead. Last minute headlight change at 4 on a Monday. Was done by six, they were super busy so it wasn’t an issue. I was quoted at $80 and it ended up being $49. Friendliest staff I’ve ever seen! Will return for sure and recommend to all my friends

They were amazing! I came in 30 minutes before close with a damaged tire, fully expecting that I was going to need to leave my car there overnight, but they bent over backwards to make sure that not only did I get the replacement tire I needed put on my car that afternoon, but also that it was covered by warranty. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Central PA area who needs anything to do with tires. The women up front are amazing and deserve raises

I don't know if two stars is a fair rating. I would probably give 5 stars to the techs and mechanics, but zero stars to the front end/customer service. I called regarding tire replacement and was told that could be done while I waited. I should have asked how long I would have to wait, but I didn't. I waited two hours for the original tire replacement, then was told that if I wanted them aligned it would just be another 20 minutes. Sarah and her assistant (name?) were just excellent!! My granddaughter had a punctured tire at the nearby Burger King, and was stuck with her 1 year old son, unable to drive the car. Sarah was extremely helpful and handled the entire process very well. We ended up needing 2 new tires which were installed quickly at a reasonable price. PLUS the cause of the puncture (exhaust bracket) was entered into the store's "hall of fame" for crazy sources of flat tires. 🙂.
