Arrived just after 8 for tire rotation and oil change. Told work would take about 30 minutes to get started. Waited until 930 and then am updated to say they are short staffed and my car would be going in soon. Disappointed in the dishonesty about wait time and a staffing shortage that was clearly a known issue. Wasn’t finished until almost 11. They did discount the oil change. Alignment following rotation seems off but probably won’t be going back to check. Plenty of other options in the area.

I have been going to the Mechanicsburg location for many years now and have always received excellent service. Ed, Toni, Sarah and others are very professional and take care of my car needs. They will advice you if something needs to be taken care with no pressure and they are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling service appointments. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

Picked up a screw in one of my tires (slow leak). Took it in and they got me fixed up right away. Only had to wait about an hour. Pretty quick and didn’t need an appointment. Great service! Thanks.

Artic weather = dead battery. CJ Tire & Automotive came through with smiles and great service! So happy with their prompt and courteous customer service and able-bodied tech team that I came back again with another car needing maintenance. Way to go CJ's and thank you for helping a girl out!

Went in for my first tire rotation and balancing on tires I bought in July. Considering I did not have an appointment, I didn't wait long at all. Staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend CJ's for tires.
