Great first-time experience. I like that they show you the tire pricing "all-in" with everything included so that there are no surprises. They ordered my tires and notified me in less than 24 hours that they had arrived. Was in & out in less than 2 hours to get 5 tires mounted and balanced. Arrived just after 8 for tire rotation and oil change. Told work would take about 30 minutes to get started. Waited until 930 and then am updated to say they are short staffed and my car would be going in soon. Disappointed in the dishonesty about wait time and a staffing shortage that was clearly a known issue. Wasn’t finished until almost 11. They did discount the oil change. Alignment following rotation seems off but probably won’t be going back to check. Plenty of other options in the area.
I have been a customer at CJ's Auto since 2019 and never had any problems or issues...until now. Dropped our 2014 Escape off for oil change, replace the horn, fix the heat and the brakes. They had the care for 15 days, told me SIX times it was ready, but there was always an issue that something was not fixed, including the battery being dead. Picked up a screw in one of my tires (slow leak). Took it in and they got me fixed up right away. Only had to wait about an hour. Pretty quick and didn’t need an appointment. Great service! Thanks.
