Great first-time experience. I like that they show you the tire pricing "all-in" with everything included so that there are no surprises. They ordered my tires and notified me in less than 24 hours that they had arrived. Was in & out in less than 2 hours to get 5 tires mounted and balanced. I have been a customer at CJ's Auto since 2019 and never had any problems or issues...until now. Dropped our 2014 Escape off for oil change, replace the horn, fix the heat and the brakes. They had the care for 15 days, told me SIX times it was ready, but there was always an issue that something was not fixed, including the battery being dead. I called ahead to check how busy the shop was and the employee was so nice. She told me to come in now, which was330pm on 1/8/2026. I was done in one hour. I have their tire service warranty and my tire rotations are free.
Last minute headlight change at 4 on a Monday. Was done by six, they were super busy so it wasn’t an issue. I was quoted at $80 and it ended up being $49. Friendliest staff I’ve ever seen! Will return for sure and recommend to all my friends
They were amazing! I came in 30 minutes before close with a damaged tire, fully expecting that I was going to need to leave my car there overnight, but they bent over backwards to make sure that not only did I get the replacement tire I needed put on my car that afternoon, but also that it was covered by warranty. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Central PA area who needs anything to do with tires. The women up front are amazing and deserve raises
