They were amazing! I came in 30 minutes before close with a damaged tire, fully expecting that I was going to need to leave my car there overnight, but they bent over backwards to make sure that not only did I get the replacement tire I needed put on my car that afternoon, but also that it was covered by warranty. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Central PA area who needs anything to do with tires. The women up front are amazing and deserve raises
The staff are wonderful. They ordered new tires and got me in quickly. The service was suppose to take 1.5 hours, but they got me in and out in an hour. Front end staff explained everything and were just the nicest!
If I could leave no stars I would. I took my car to get an inspection and emissions, I needed tires. Okay cool got tires. I get it back and it has a noise, come to find out ALL the lug nuts on my driver side front are loose. They check back footage and claim they were all tightened. So please tell me how ALL the lugs on one tire got loose and none on the other tires! Do not waste your time with the incompetence!
CJ's is one of only a handful of companies that I trust implicitly. They are not pushy car repair people looking for every opportunity to sell you something you probably don't need. They build a clientele of repeat customers because they treat you right every time. Their culture and their people are just focused on providing consistently excellent, honest service. If you want to be treated with care, respect, and honesty, then just go to them for tires and/or car service.
I, along with many in my family, have used CJ’s Tire for many years; always have had a good experience. Most recently I had tires delivered to their shop that I had purchased online. Once they arrived, I took my truck in and they had the tires put on in a little over an hour. Definitely recommend!
