Arrived just after 8 for tire rotation and oil change. Told work would take about 30 minutes to get started. Waited until 930 and then am updated to say they are short staffed and my car would be going in soon. Disappointed in the dishonesty about wait time and a staffing shortage that was clearly a known issue. Wasn’t finished until almost 11. They did discount the oil change. Alignment following rotation seems off but probably won’t be going back to check. Plenty of other options in the area.
Great first-time experience. I like that they show you the tire pricing "all-in" with everything included so that there are no surprises. They ordered my tires and notified me in less than 24 hours that they had arrived. Was in & out in less than 2 hours to get 5 tires mounted and balanced. Sara at the counter offered incredible customer service. Great attitude and explained everything clearly and honestly with no pressure. Her personality and knowledge is reason enough to come back. Picked up a screw in one of my tires (slow leak). Took it in and they got me fixed up right away. Only had to wait about an hour. Pretty quick and didn’t need an appointment. Great service! Thanks.
I called ahead to check how busy the shop was and the employee was so nice. She told me to come in now, which was330pm on 1/8/2026. I was done in one hour. I have their tire service warranty and my tire rotations are free.
Last minute headlight change at 4 on a Monday. Was done by six, they were super busy so it wasn’t an issue. I was quoted at $80 and it ended up being $49. Friendliest staff I’ve ever seen! Will return for sure and recommend to all my friends
