Quick turnaround, very friendly, and helpful! I had a nail in my tire in a location that couldn’t be repaired. They were able to walk me through purchasing 2 new tires for my vehicle and were very friendly while doing so. Highly recommend this shop!
September 2024: Back for a new set of tires. The first set only lasted 18 months, but I do drive a ton of miles. Picked different brand this time. Eligible for a $60 rebate. Using my Rewards balance (only $11+) from my last purchase to help with cost. No app and Rewards is separate from the main website. The two should be connected. Very reliable car garage in central Pennsylvania. I got a flat tire repair for free as I joined tire warranty program. One time my tire couldn’t be fixed by patch, they even replaced a new tire with just a small installation fee. Highly recommend.
Office staff isn’t very good… Called in to get a flat fixed and they said bring it right in only to have them tell me 1.5 hours for a wait… Previously they refused to patch a tire “too close to shoulder” and told me to buy new. Got patched at another place and measured over 2.5” from shoulder. They were also rough with my interior during air filter replacement. Too many strikes. I’m not wasting my time with these folks anymore and neither should you. It is a shame, I purchased tires there recently
I normally don’t write reviews- but had to this time. I went in yesterday 8/7/24 because I woke up to a flat tire. I called CJs to see if they had availability. Jaime answered the phone, she was a rock star. Super super kind and told me what time to get there. got in early, and was greeted by Jaime who was again just a rock star. Usually my husband handles the car things but him being at work, i had to put my big girl pants on and handle it.
