I took my last car here couple years ago to get a tire patched and they did a really good job. I usually get my tires serviced at Costco since they are more convenient for me. However I’ve decided to run some aftermarket wheels and put some beefier tires on my current car but Costco declined to touch it since they only install stock tires size and they don’t even have my prefer brand in stock. September 2024: Back for a new set of tires. The first set only lasted 18 months, but I do drive a ton of miles. Picked different brand this time. Eligible for a $60 rebate. Using my Rewards balance (only $11+) from my last purchase to help with cost. No app and Rewards is separate from the main website. The two should be connected. Awesome tire buying experience ! I'm a certified car nut and I can highly recommend CJ's. Right from the initial contact with the young lady at the front desk - to the alignment check and brake fluid change. My expectations were exceeded. (how often does that happen?)
I must say the lady jdarr who took care of me was amazing! The customer service that was provided was outstanding! I one hundred percent will be returning back to the store because of this experience. I recommend everyone to go here!
