CJ’s and their team have always been compassionate, truthful, understanding and most importantly diligent when my vehicle has been in their care. Toni and Matt at the desk have attended to my needs and given me reassurance. I noticed they do the same for all their patrons. If something is not quite right they take the time to look into it and make solutions. Thank you for always tending to my vehicle care needs!

They were amazing! I came in 30 minutes before close with a damaged tire, fully expecting that I was going to need to leave my car there overnight, but they bent over backwards to make sure that not only did I get the replacement tire I needed put on my car that afternoon, but also that it was covered by warranty. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Central PA area who needs anything to do with tires. The women up front are amazing and deserve raises

I have been a customer at CJ's Auto since 2019 and never had any problems or issues...until now. Dropped our 2014 Escape off for oil change, replace the horn, fix the heat and the brakes. They had the care for 15 days, told me SIX times it was ready, but there was always an issue that something was not fixed, including the battery being dead. I have been going to the Mechanicsburg location for many years now and have always received excellent service. Ed, Toni, Sarah and others are very professional and take care of my car needs. They will advice you if something needs to be taken care with no pressure and they are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling service appointments. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

What should've been a 4 hour max job and out the door turned into an 8 hours of aggravation. Had an appointment at 8:00 AM & was first in the door. Car in the shop & assessed by mechanic. Then a 40 minute wait until someone finally found my paperwork after taking care of 6 customers who came in after me. Finally mechanic starts to work getting tires on. Then brakes orderd (that I already told them it needed). Person at service desk overwhelmed with customers passes my paperwork to manager and my paperwork sits for another 30... read more
