They build a clientele of repeat customers because they treat you right every time. Their culture and their people are just focused on providing consistently excellent, honest service. If you want to be treated with care, respect, and honesty, then just go to them for tires and/or car service.
I’ve had good experiences with this shop in the past, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing and caused me to lose all trust in their service. I brought my car in for a routine inspection, and they told me I needed new brakes and rotors, both axle boots replaced, a new valve cover gasket, and a new side marker light. Got me in on a Saturday with short notice and got a full set of tires for hundreds less than I was quoted at another "discount" tire location that day. Also diagnosed entire car for other potential issues to let me know that brakes would be needed soon. Very pleased with my experience.

I had a alignment done on each of my vehicles. I couldnt be happier. The staff is polite and professional. The waiting area is nice and clean with coffee and water if you get thirsty. The prices for service are also very good. Thank you CJ's. Well done team.
