Service was excellent. Took great care of addressing my concerns. Took great care making sure everything was in good working order. Rodney was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and making sure the job got done. Would definitely recommend going to CJ’s if you need anything fixed with professional service and courtesy.

Had a great experience and service at CJ’s Tire in Schuylkill Haven. I came in after work when I found that I had a flat tire around 5:00pm. They assessed the tire at the back passenger side and were able to repair the tire for me. I was very happy with the help at the customer service desk and by the technician that repaired the tire. Thank you!

I will never go anywhere else. Quality service, the best managers and the BEST customer service. I recently got an oil change done and this weekend, I noticed I had an oil leak. I made an appointment for a Monday since this was on a Saturday but I asked if I could drop it off so I didn’t have to risk it leaking for 2 more days and not being able to drive it. I needed 4 new tires. I called ahead, and they instructed me, that I didn't need to make an apt, and that was considered walk in service. Later that day I was able to make it in, and they got my car back right away, very professional in explaining the different type of tires they had available and what would be best for my car. They didn't try and upsale me or get me to buy the most expensive tire, but educated me on the right one. Which turned out to not be the most expensive anyways. Very polite and professional. They educate the customers appropriately but not pushy ever. I feel the staff handles their customers with respect and really tries to answer all questions asked to the of their ability. They told me I needed a new fog light, but then found it in my bumper. They took it off my bill. I feel they could have taken advantage of me in this situation and I would not know but they did not! They are honest and I recommend.
