Awesome people ! Did a great job switching my tires and aftermarket wheels . No scratches and swapped old tpms without breaking any . The manager assured me they were the place to go to . He was right ! Would recommend to anyone and will do business in the future.
Rick is the WORST customer service representative I’ve ever encountered. Not only did he not give me all the info I needed, he called me a liar straight to my face. I don’t know who this clown is, but he needs to be fired immediately.
Once again C.J's Tires took care of my vehicle quickly and courteously. The guys there are always nice to me and explain everything well. And their prices are much better than my last shop. Customer service goes along way too when making big decisions on car repair. I definitely recommend this shop. Once again, I can not say enough good things about the folks at CJ'S. Thanks for keeping my car on the road and running right.
Professional and friendly staff. Had zero issues and they handled what I needed. Saved me money by informing me one of the services I was looking at was not necessary. They easily could have pulled one over on me and cost me a few hundred more that was not needed but they didn't. I greatly appreciate the honesty and solid customer service.
The lobby was nice and clean. I waited there to get my vehicle inspected. Friendly and fast service.
