Service was excellent. Took great care of addressing my concerns. Took great care making sure everything was in good working order. Rodney was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and making sure the job got done. Would definitely recommend going to CJ’s if you need anything fixed with professional service and courtesy.
Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation and another customer pulled in after me but closer to entrance so naturally I became second to get serviced. She asked for exactly the same service oil change and tire rotation. After many hours I took a look at her vehicle still being serviced and workers just sitting around doing nothing. Had a great experience and service at CJ’s Tire in Schuylkill Haven. I came in after work when I found that I had a flat tire around 5:00pm. They assessed the tire at the back passenger side and were able to repair the tire for me. I was very happy with the help at the customer service desk and by the technician that repaired the tire. Thank you!
I would encourage Everyone to not make an appointment for inspection and emissions at CJ Tires in Schuylkill Haven, PA. Upon brief review and analysis by their inspection mechanic, they concluded that my gas cap was faulty so it did not pass emissions and the right front wheel bearings were bad so it did not pass inspection. After having it checked again this evening, it was determined that the wheel bearings were fine.
