Very unsatisfied with my last experience. Dropped my car off looking for 4 new tires. Was told they had them in stock and I was first in line for the tire tech (this time was 8:30 am) when he starts at 9am. Had not heard anything by 11 so I decided to drive down in my truck to check. Car was still sitting in the parking lot. Hadn’t been touched other than to move it to another parking spot. Took the morning off of work for no reason.

The shop was shorthanded the day I had my appointment. None of us georgina and her manager got my work compleaded to my satisfaction. I will definitely return to them again.

4 new tires. Liked the way their website gives you the final out the door price. Includes install , fees and taxes. However they try and up charge you with additional services like wheel alignment, and additional tire warranties.

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation and another customer pulled in after me but closer to entrance so naturally I became second to get serviced. She asked for exactly the same service oil change and tire rotation. After many hours I took a look at her vehicle still being serviced and workers just sitting around doing nothing. Service was excellent. Took great care of addressing my concerns. Took great care making sure everything was in good working order. Rodney was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and making sure the job got done. Would definitely recommend going to CJ’s if you need anything fixed with professional service and courtesy.
