I have brought all my cars to CJ's Tires in West Chester for tires for several years now. Rob Lock is always pleasant to work with, offers excellent advice, and quotes competitive prices. Turn around time for tire installation is consistently good. They are conveniently located on Route 202 North just past Dilworthtown Road. I highly recommend CJ's tires.
Easy in, easy out. 4 new tires. Price exactly as quoted. Loved the gentle push to get alignment without being too pushy (I had my dealership do it for other reasons). I have had my last three tire changes performed here and will continue to do so. Great service!
I’ve been coming to CJs Tires and Auto for a while now, and the service is consistently excellent. The team is professional, efficient, and always makes sure things are done right the first time. A special shoutout to Rob, the branch manager at the West Chester location, his friendly and approachable manner makes every visit easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find a shop where you feel both well taken care of and genuinely welcomed, but that’s exactly what Rob and his team provide. Highly recommend this location!
Rob the store manger was friendly & professional and took care of my vehicle needs. I had 4 tires installed on my F-150 yesterday and it turned out great. I had shopped around for different prices for tires in the area and CJ's Tire was by far the most affordable and competitive price. Overall great experience and would recommend.
I’ve bought tires at the West Chester CJ’s 3 or 4 times now and have always had a great experience. I am an ex mechanic who has been in many auto and truck shops and I feel like CJ’s has a well trained staff from the front desk to the garage, everyone I deal with is a professional, polite, and trustworthy.
