Always great customer service. When problems arise, they explain everything that needs to be done for safety and what can wait due to cost. I always feel safe driving off after having them inspect or repair my car.

I have brought all my cars to CJ's Tires in West Chester for tires for several years now. Rob Lock is always pleasant to work with, offers excellent advice, and quotes competitive prices. Turn around time for tire installation is consistently good. They are conveniently located on Route 202 North just past Dilworthtown Road. I highly recommend CJ's tires.

Easy in, easy out. 4 new tires. Price exactly as quoted. Loved the gentle push to get alignment without being too pushy (I had my dealership do it for other reasons). I have had my last three tire changes performed here and will continue to do so. Great service!

Rob the store manger was friendly & professional and took care of my vehicle needs. I had 4 tires installed on my F-150 yesterday and it turned out great. I had shopped around for different prices for tires in the area and CJ's Tire was by far the most affordable and competitive price. Overall great experience and would recommend.
