Recently visited CJ’s for a flat tire repair. Triple A changed the tire with the spare so I had the tire loose. They told me it couldn’t be plugged and I needed a new tire so I went with that. My car is an older RAV4 with the spare mounted on the back door and has a very finicky tire cover over it. The cover has a flap that goes behind the top of the spare and zippers closed. We just recently left there today, we needed a tire to pass inspection. So we take it here. They ROTATE our tires. Which we didn't ask for. Just wanted the front replaced. We take it back for inspection and the place said why did they put it on the back. So we go back to question this, and the guy was very very rude stating it was policy. So I called a few mechanics. And all said newer tread should be on the front. The guy we dealt with says "you don't know what we do here do you?" Very very unprofessional, they only do this... read more
I went in for a tire rotation at 830.. was told an hour and a half wait. I called them at noon and was told my car was on the lift..1230 was told it was done. That car wasn't even on the lift yet I got pushed aside because they weren't making money off me...I bought the warranty. Four hours to do a 10 minute job. I run a meat room you better not come to me for cuts...I can make a 5 minute job take hours as well. Absolutely horrible way to treat a lifelong customer
The team at this center is fantastic! The manager has always been helpful and attentive. The fact that my wife needed service on her muffler and I was recommended to take the vehicle somewhere else that was cost efficient was like a a scene from a Miracle on 34th St when the Macy’s Santa tells the customer to go to their competitor to save money! I respect that and appreciate a business that puts the customer over the dollar.
Inspection and oil change took 2 hours and the front of service is very nice. I waited as I cannot walk well. Very happy with service and price.
