I was disappointed with the availability of setting up service for Tire Rotations and a lengthy visit on my previous service. However, Rich took the time to call me and explain the service process and how it works best for both of us when setting up appointments for customers who prefer to have their cars serviced while they wait. I appreciate that Rich took the time to call and show the he and CJ's do indeed care about their customers time.
Brought my vehicle in for an alignment and had no issues at all. Professional and fast. My wife brings her car for inspections and work that needs to be done for years. I will definitely be coming back if my usual garage is too busy
Very disappointed. Took 2 hours to complete an oil change. I scheduled an appointment on their website and was then told that appointment was not available and they then advised me of the time slot they had available. I accepted that time slot and arrived about 5-10 minutes early for the appointment time. I chose to wait (this information was also included on my appointment scheduling) while my oil change was completed. 2 hours later the service was finally complete. CJ's was awesome. I was in a jam & it was late in the day. But they said they'd stay a bit longer if need be. Rob did a great job working on my car. He knows his stuff & he took great care of my car too. The Mgr was informative & congenial. Made the effort to be personable. Price was fair & service was excellent. They were quick too. I'll be going back again for sure. Nice shop too. All in all...great experience at CJ's. Rick Marmo👍👍
