CJ's was awesome. I was in a jam & it was late in the day. But they said they'd stay a bit longer if need be. Rob did a great job working on my car. He knows his stuff & he took great care of my car too. The Mgr was informative & congenial. Made the effort to be personable. Price was fair & service was excellent. They were quick too. My car was towed there late at night. They called me as soon as they opened the next morning. They were professional and courteous. Work was completely promptly and prices are excellent! Will be a forever customer!
I want to start by saying, I believe that car care is that one service that people have tremendous doubt when it comes to trusting those doing the work. This experience has curbed that doubt for me. With that said, the appointment I booked on-line was never received, however, the staff went above and beyond to uphold my appointment. Dropped 2 tires off to get mounted and balanced late Friday. Stopped Saturday about 12:30 were very busy and weren't done but an employee stayed past closing to get them done for me. Very greatful!!
