CJ's was awesome. I was in a jam & it was late in the day. But they said they'd stay a bit longer if need be. Rob did a great job working on my car. He knows his stuff & he took great care of my car too. The Mgr was informative & congenial. Made the effort to be personable. Price was fair & service was excellent. They were quick too. Dropped 2 tires off to get mounted and balanced late Friday. Stopped Saturday about 12:30 were very busy and weren't done but an employee stayed past closing to get them done for me. Very greatful!!
Our family has used CJ's Tire for years since they opened their Whitehall, PA, location. We find the prices competitive, service friendly and attentive, and work quality excellent! Recently, I got a new set of tires installed, and they took the time to align the tire's colored dot with the valve stem—that's attention to detail! We will continue to use CJ's Tire in the future!
I want to start by saying, I believe that car care is that one service that people have tremendous doubt when it comes to trusting those doing the work. This experience has curbed that doubt for me. With that said, the appointment I booked on-line was never received, however, the staff went above and beyond to uphold my appointment. Had tire I needed in stock. Super professional and friendly staff. Had me in and out in less than fifteen minutes. Plenty of room to turn around. Highly recommend.
