As a woman that doesn’t know much about cars or repairs, I always get a little nervous walking into a shop to explain my problems and ask for help. The service I received at CJ’s was welcoming, helpful, and kind! They were very informative and let me know what was happening every step of the way. I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely go back!!
This was my first-time using CJ's Tire and Auto. I needed 4 new tires because of a nail near the sidewall of one tire. Because of the reduced tread in other tires, I knew they all needed to be replaced. The employee explained the total costs for the tires, including taxes and the Guardian plan. They had my tires in stock and were able to put them on at my convenience. Very professional and good customer service. Will definitely use this business again.
Took my car there last week after running over a nail. The guy behind the counter very pleasant. Took my car in and it was supposed to be a plug to fix my tire. A few minutes later came and and said ohh I’m so sorry it can’t be plugged but we can get a brand new tire for 120. 00 . I said no thank you and took it somewhere else turns out it didn’t even need plugged so they tried to sell me a tire that wasn’t needed due to the fact they couldn’t charge me for a plugged tire. Be aware!!!!
I was very dissatisfied. Without getting into much detail, I spent $1000 on tires. I wanted an alignment, which they claimed they did, followed by telling me something that wasn’t true-I’m a disabled veteran recovering from back surgery. I didn’t have time or energy to stand there and debate them. It really felt like they were taking advantage of me.
