I have been using CJ's for many years. I started buying tires from their Mechanicsburg store 15 years ago when I used to work in Harrisburg. Now I work in Maryland and live in the southern part of PA and take my cars to their York location for tires. They've consistently had the best prices and friendly service. I recently worked with Jerry and Elliot from the York location and they were both very friendly and honest. Fast and friendly service! I ordered my tires online which was a very easy process. They called the next day to confirm my order. Tires came in the next day and I was able to get them installed within a few hours today! Everyone was very polite and they had the best price of anyone around. Highly recommend!
My wife ran over a nail and we were looking for a place to get our car towed to. I called a few local tire shops to get prices of a new tire and installation (Sam's, Mavis and CJs). The rep on the phone seemed unwilling to help us unless we brought the car into the shop and sounded frustrated to have to enter the car information into his computer to get prices. We stopped in at 5:47pm, just three minutes before closing and they took us in. We only wanted to ask about a possible nail in the tire and bring it back. They took the car in right away, found the problem, asked us if they could do what needed done, and then fixed it. Everyone was fantastic! Great attitudes. Good work. The best part? It cost us nothing! We bought the tires there and it was under warranty. We have never been disappointed by their service. We are grateful we found CJ's tires for car repairs.
Staff was awesome! I was interested in a specific tire but the salesman helped me find one that actually suits my needs and saved money! Great service!
