We stopped in at 5:47pm, just three minutes before closing and they took us in. We only wanted to ask about a possible nail in the tire and bring it back. They took the car in right away, found the problem, asked us if they could do what needed done, and then fixed it. Everyone was fantastic! Great attitudes. Good work. The best part? It cost us nothing! We bought the tires there and it was under warranty. We have never been disappointed by their service. We are grateful we found CJ's tires for car repairs.
It was a great experience! I called the day before. I spoke with Brad. He ordered the tires and said they would be in the next day. I received a call the next day and was informed the tires arrived. I drove down to the shop and waited while the four new tires were put on. Just before they started working on the car. The Technician informed me one of my lug nuts was missing. I always check with CJ’s first. They almost always have the best price or at least comparable and I trust them. I can usually get an appointment within a day or two as well. I would solidly recommend CJ’s Tire to anyone. Thank you for great service.
Never used them before and I honestly always forget they’re there. Bought a set of tires and rims online and needed them mounted and balanced. Mavis couldn’t mount them because of the wheel style, which lead me to here. Not only were they cheaper overall the kindness from the employees made the cheaper price even better. The guy was honest in telling me it would take some time but it was well worth it. Because of the kindness and flexibility offered I did schedule more services through this shop as well. Heard good things about the shop so I stopped in last minute for an issue I was having. Josh took the time to help me out and get me on my way. He was very friendly and knew what he was talking about, if you ever need something done I’d recommend these guys 100%
