Frustrating company to deal with. Was told previously that I could likely add on to my loan to cover a repair needed on the car, when I called to get that started was told no I needed to get a repair quote from a mechanic that was willing to do the work first and wait to be paid by credit concepts later, which is completely ridiculous since I am the person responsible for paying the loan back that I’m not able to use a mechanic of my choice who’s significantly cheaper for the make of car that I own. I gave Michael five stars at credit concepts for giving me a second chance in financing me a vehicle. I had almost lost hope and thought that I would be walking to and from work until he came through he's definitely my hero and so is credit concepts for the year thank you so much
Love credit concepts! Helped me get approved! Honestly, if you just pay your loan, they are wonderful and if for some reason you can’t make the full payment, they will work with you as much as they possibly can. Love them
No one else approved me, and they gave me a chance, a little high on the apr% but best possible loan I could get
