Just got through paying off my loan. They have been absolutely amazing no one would help me then these guys gave me a chance. The process was surprisingly easy as well. Unlike the issues others claim ive never had anyone be rude to me either. Ill definitely use them again. I have good payment history with them so, I just reapplied as well for another one so hopefully I get it. Looking forward to using them for this. As they have taken great care of me.
They r really friendly and ALWAYS WILLING to work with you as long as you communicate with them. They gave me a chance when no one else would and worked with me after I got hurt on the job and was waiting for L&I claim to go through and couldn't work and my life was a mess but they took the time to figure it out with me which meant the world cause I had worked so hard to get my car and couldn't stand the thought of loosing it. I went through credit concepts. First time car buyer through a dealer ship. No one would except me because I had no credit. But they gave me a chance. Sure the APR was high and I get that. But I was able to pay the car off and plan on going through them again in the future thank you!
Awful company doesn’t work with people on a bad loan when vehicle is running like it should talk to a manager was completely rude telling me how should be talking instead taking care of the main issue basically telling me that they won’t help me or dig into this figure out a solution paying almost 8 grand plus a grand in repairs I already paid out very frustrating that company like around and not trying to help poor very poor customer service worst I have ever dealt with
This was the best experience I have ever had with a finance company. I had to get a car in a pinch and Credid Concepts gave me very quick approval. Here's the kicker, a couple of times I needed some grace due to circumstances and these guys did everything they could do accommodate me and guess what- just paid off my car today with a perfect payment history reflected on my credit over the past 18 months. Highly highly reccomend this company and thank you guys for always going the extra mile to help me.
