Everyone at Credit Concepts is Great! We have been doing business with them for many years.
This was the best experience I have ever had with a finance company. I had to get a car in a pinch and Credid Concepts gave me very quick approval. Here's the kicker, a couple of times I needed some grace due to circumstances and these guys did everything they could do accommodate me and guess what- just paid off my car today with a perfect payment history reflected on my credit over the past 18 months. Highly highly reccomend this company and thank you guys for always going the extra mile to help me.
What a great company to work with. This is the kind of company that you wish every company would be like. Sarah has been my rep she's been amazing. I ran into some difficulties here and there and they have been so awesome about it. If there's a company out there that you want to use I highly recommend these guys. Especially if your credit isn't great you know these guys are willing to pick you up and give you a shot. Five stars they deserve it!
I have had a terrible experience with Roger over in Edmonds wa. The experience was so bad I had to call corporate. Luckily the manager lady was supremely nice an said the way I was being talked to was unacceptable. He treated me like a crook an someone who was trying to play him personally. The only reason I gave 1 star was because it seemed like she was the only one deserving of a star. I hope that Roger/Kevin gets some management training because you should never disrespect your customer.
Willing to work with you. Also understanding in some situations. Over all would go back if ever need be. The real question is would they be willing to work with me again?
