So glad my account is settled with these people. I was young and didn’t understand everything to do when my car got totaled and 5 years later in life I realized it was still on my credit so I reached out to set up a payment arrangement or to pay in full and immediately nothing but horrible very rude entitled customer service. Everyone knows car shopping can go good or bad and for me the experience was off to a bad start with the dealership I was at selling the car from under me and credit concepts was the only lender to give me a chance, credit concepts was swift to adjust the loan when i needed to change cars and dealerships making the process turn into a positive one, Bryan listened to my request and was able to get my deal closed within a hour! Thanks Bryan for all the help and suggestions to make the process smooth!
These guys approved me for a loan of 13k with a co-signer (paid loan off) I later went and tried to take out an auto loan by myself got approved for 7k I was told by Brian if I had a co-signer it would be more so I go and get a co-signer and Brian denies my loan all together after paying off a 13k loan and already being approved for a 7k loan doesn’t make sense there’s no structure with their approval process not to mention my income has increased by 2k a month and nothing has changed as far as credit….i was gonna one star t... read more
Horrible customer service, rude, snotty supposed managers who say things to paying customers like "well you probably couldn't get financed anywhere else," when I mentioned their horrible phone etiquette and rudeness. Do not recommend. Retaliatory customer service, now they sent a person to serve me papers and called me a liar when I said I was not served. Taking me to court so she says and refused payment. Absolutely apalling.
Let me tell you all something. If you have bad credit GO WITH CREDIT CONCEPTS! since I was 19 I've been financing with them as they were the only company willing to finance me. With this being said it's been a fun 6 years and will forever be grateful for them despite the interest rates. If you need a car, forget the APR! Now that with their help of positive payments, car loans and rebuilding my credit I've gotten myself into a 7% APR Loan on a $30K car with another company.
