Not impressed at all they started the $4.99 fee right around when covid started I guess that was a way for them to get their money back. I won't use this place as my next loan provider. Called around and asked a few other loan providers and they don't even do that. Charge people to use their debit cards. They are quick to take your money but 30 days slow to give you your title. I live well over an hour away from their place in auburn and the only options are to call in and use my debit card they take an extra $250 from you a... read more

My car was a total loss my insurance paid them over $10,000. I only owed about $700 they took me to court and are trying to charge over $1300. I haven’t been able to pay much because I ended up having to buy a new car. They got over on me plenty of times. Now they want to try and wage garnish $1600+. The judge was rude during the case “saying oh how ironic you happened to move” because I didn’t get the other notice they sent out. Because I had moved. I have had nothing but fantastic service from every team member there. I hit a low and they worked with me. Gave me several options, and I was able to save my car. I will being using them again. Thank you all for your hard work, and amazing customer service.

I appreciate the loan, but dread the service. My experience was with Kelso and Jenny so I will speak on that experience alone. After being transferred 4-5 times I was given to Jenny who apparently was the only one who could tell me my loan was approve, weird but ok. Only for her to transfer me again where I was given to Kelso or Aaron, still not sure if thats one person. I thought I was on the phone with a bank but instead I was met with such unprofessionalism. My fiance has been trying to default on his car over a week. Every time he calls he gets a different answer. Nothing has been done. The car is still just sitting on the side of a street and we can't do anything about it. Don't ever do business with these people.
