We are very pleased with our new above ground swimming pool. We never had a pool so we have a lot of questions and they are always so helpful. Very professional from start to finish. Also came out and did “pool school” after installation which was a huge plus. Highly recommend them!
We are so pleased with our purchase from Crystal Pools! From purchase to install they were responsive to every question or concern we had! They arrived on time and we were in it the same day!
I’ll start by saying Dustin is a sweetheart. However, this pool season has been a nightmare. Our pool opening was end of March. A few things were hooked up and cover removed. That was all for a whopping almost $400 bill. Our pool is 3 years old. The heater broke on it. The panel wasn’t working, so they did come out and put a new one in, but the heater was not heating.
