Just had a new Hot Springs Spa installed. The Crystal Pools team did a great job with a some what difficult install. This was the second time purchasing a hot tub from Crystal Pools. We bought our first hot tub from Andrew 15 years ago and had great service and support from the Crystal Pools team over the years. So when the time came for a upgrade the first stop for us was Crystal Pools. Thanks again to the Crystal Pools team for the great service and support.
Late for the season for us but can’t wait for next year when the grandkids can enjoy. Permits were tough and working around my work schedule but each township has their own requirements. We went with an above ground pool due to septic and well. So excited to get the heater hooked up and maybe get the kids in for one swim.
Highly recommend Crystal Pools. Great experience from start to finish. We always received a prompt response to all our questions from Andrew along with the construction and service team . We absolutely love the end product. We have gotten many compliments as well.
I recently had Crystal Pools (Mechanicsburg) install a True L pool. After reviewing and talking with other pool companies I decided to go with Crystal for a number of reasons. We are very happy with our new Crystal pool! The people were great to work with including everyone from salesman Andrew to the crew installing the pool. Prior to deciding to go with Crystal, the people at Crystal spent numerous hours with us answering questions and going through options. It was a great experience. After the install, we had an issue with the filter, but Crystal was quick to get their people out to fix the issue and make things right. Overall, it was a very positive experience!
