Crystal pools was excellent and from experience I can say they handles their clients with more care then others companies. The salesman helped me find a hot tub that was within my means and didn’t try to push me to spend more. The communication was great and the delivery and service throughout has been fantastic. I cannot praise them enough! I highly recommend them over others in the area if you’re looking for a hot tub as well.
We have been working with Crystal Pools for about 6 months now. We have worked extensively with Andrew Duty in ordering a 40-foot fiberglass pool for our new home, and he has been terrific to work with! He has been prompt to get back with us and has answered a lot of questions. He has visited our home site a couple times and has coordinated all of the other workers in getting the pool in. had a great dealing with Dustin. He answered all my calls and assisted me with every concern I had. He is of High Caliber. The pool process was slow due to the inclement weather but it got done to my specification. The overview gentleman Pat was awesome giving all the explanations. He rocks. not sure if i would do another pool again but if i would i definitely would use Crystal Pools.
I recently had Crystal Pools (Mechanicsburg) install a True L pool. After reviewing and talking with other pool companies I decided to go with Crystal for a number of reasons. Highly recommend Crystal Pools. Great experience from start to finish. We always received a prompt response to all our questions from Andrew along with the construction and service team . We absolutely love the end product. We have gotten many compliments as well.
