I recently had Crystal Pools (Mechanicsburg) install a True L pool. After reviewing and talking with other pool companies I decided to go with Crystal for a number of reasons. We are very happy with our new Crystal pool! The people were great to work with including everyone from salesman Andrew to the crew installing the pool. Prior to deciding to go with Crystal, the people at Crystal spent numerous hours with us answering questions and going through options. It was a great experience. After the install, we had an issue with the filter, but Crystal was quick to get their people out to fix the issue and make things right. Overall, it was a very positive experience!
State of the art materials. I needed clearer communication which I realized after the process was done. This wasn't a fault of Crystal Pools, I've never paid attention to pools before. The demo/setup was terrific and great staff. Enjoyed the overall process.
Great experience. Andrew was very professional and patient with us as we made decisions with our pool purchase. The contractors worked fast and everything turned out great. Also, Pat’s time and attention he gave us while explaining the pump functions was stellar. I would recommend Crystal Pools to everyone.
