had a great dealing with Dustin. He answered all my calls and assisted me with every concern I had. He is of High Caliber. The pool process was slow due to the inclement weather but it got done to my specification. The overview gentleman Pat was awesome giving all the explanations. He rocks. not sure if i would do another pool again but if i would i definitely would use Crystal Pools.
We have been working with Crystal Pools for about 6 months now. We have worked extensively with Andrew Duty in ordering a 40-foot fiberglass pool for our new home, and he has been terrific to work with! He has been prompt to get back with us and has answered a lot of questions. He has visited our home site a couple times and has coordinated all of the other workers in getting the pool in. I recently had Crystal Pools (Mechanicsburg) install a True L pool. After reviewing and talking with other pool companies I decided to go with Crystal for a number of reasons.
