Provided and installed my Heat Pump system. Did an excellent job and did not hesitate to fix mechanical warranty problems that cropped up during the first year. Very professional and efficient. I decided to try their plumbing services for some problems and was pleased that they were just as professional and efficient in their plumbing side of the business. They are not the least expensive but their service is unsurpassed.
Tried to charge my mother and 800% markup on a $30 part. They wanted $249. Absolutely disgusting scam. They will take advantage of your friends and family that are not mechanically inclined. Tried to charge $450 for a $190 maximum service. Then charged my mother $174 anyway when I informed the service technician not to replace anything with those scam prices. Terry, Nate and Zach were very professional in the installation of our heat pump. They were very polite and engaging young men. I was impressed with their clean up of the project. Their explanation of the system was easy to understand.
We had a Mitsubishi heat pump installed a few days ago. All the employees were very professional. The team leader Terry was very thorough & took the time to review the entire system with us. So far we are very pleased with the new heat pump. Thank you!
