Bought in my 2014 Honda CRV with a stuck Brake Caliper. Ed, Amanda and Nelly were so helpful and nice. They did an outstanding job to get me back on the road safe. Their service was great and they were able to do the whole job quickly. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
5 stars – Truly Lifesaving Service! We had a tire blowout on the thruway around 3:30 AM while traveling over 500 miles from home with our two small children. After managing to get the donut spare on, we finally reached a hotel by 5:30 AM, completely exhausted. I usually have good encounters at Ed’s Automotive and Services, however my latest experience might’ve put me over the edge. I don’t like when people make poor excuses for things. I was told repeatedly that customers vehicles were dead and that’s why they took all day to inspect my wife’s 2025 Subaru outback until 5pm. I had dropped off the vehicle the day prior at 5pm and no vehicle had parked me in. This place is so kind, caring, and amazing! This past week, I had been in an accident, and I came in to get an estimate on repairs. They were honest and explained so many different things to me since this is my first car and I've only had my license for a year. I've never been so appreciative.
