5 stars – Truly Lifesaving Service! We had a tire blowout on the thruway around 3:30 AM while traveling over 500 miles from home with our two small children. After managing to get the donut spare on, we finally reached a hotel by 5:30 AM, completely exhausted. This place is so kind, caring, and amazing! This past week, I had been in an accident, and I came in to get an estimate on repairs. They were honest and explained so many different things to me since this is my first car and I've only had my license for a year. I've never been so appreciative. An exact week after my accident, I had gotten a flat tire on my way to work. I stopped in since I was familiar and they gave me a set of tires the same day at no cost. I can't say enough about the honesty and service I received from Ed’s Automobile Service. While driving in PA after being on a gravel road, an annoying dragging sound started coming from my Honda Pilot. Fearing the worst, I brought it to Ed’s on Saturday morning. The owner was so thorough and helpful. He put the truck on the lift, took off the tire, and actually invited me into the work bay to show me the cause of the noise. What a great place! Our trip to Hershey PA for a concert and lost a break line. No one was open sat morning except Ed's Automotive, helped us out got us right in and fixed so we could get to our concert and home safely witch we did, all for 1 hrs of labor. My wife and I were having issues with her car over the weekend having the car misfire and letting us sit. We made an appointment with Ed’s to have it looked at (14 Kia soul) we dropped it off after hours and the gentleman (who might have been Ed?) who was still inside and Amanda were very helpful and willing to look it over real quick.
