Finally traded in my sport bike for a HD yesterday! The staff was amazing! They were all extremely helpful and patient, even with all my cruiser noob questions. Especially Kirsten! What a joy to work with. Definitely helped the process, which can be very stressful, go smoothly and comfortably. Thank you Gus and the gang who helped me! Also, they have a great selection of new and used bikes. 10/10, highly recommend!
Keisha hooked me up with a sweet deal on a 2019 road king with less than 5000 miles on it. She had the sales team process my loan fast even with less than great credit and I was out the door with a low payment signed sealed and delivered with in a couple hours. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
Friendly helpful staff. I was there during a fundraising event for Veterans and they spared no expense to make it successful. Clean inventory Jackie was very helpful and knowledgeable when I was buying some gear.
This was my first time buying a bike and i don’t recommend going to Emerald Coast Harley! Don’t buy here go to Harley Davidson in PCB instead. I traded in a bike for a 2021 Heritage from Emerald Coast Harley and it had way more problems and I found a ton of scratches and dents than I had not noticed when I bought it.
