On February 27th, I visited Emerald Coast Harley-Davidson with the intention of purchasing a motorcycle. While I was there, a Harley-Davidson employee and I went out to test ride two motorcycles that I was seriously considering buying. During that test ride, the employee was operating one of the motorcycles when a serious malfunction occurred with the brakes. My parents and I were on our way to Sam’s when we decided to swing by Emerald Coast Harley-Davidson just to check out the bikes. That’s where we met Phil—he totally got our situation (my parents were in the middle of buying a new home and couldn’t commit to a motorcycle right then), but he still took the time to really get to know us and chat about all sorts of things. Excellent place to do business, with world class staff! The ladies in the apparel section are pleasant, entertaining, and extremely helpful. Special shoutout to Travis in the service department. My dad passed away last year and left me his bike. For the last year it didn’t quite feel right riding it yet. Finally traded in my sport bike for a HD yesterday! The staff was amazing! They were all extremely helpful and patient, even with all my cruiser noob questions. Especially Kirsten! What a joy to work with. Definitely helped the process, which can be very stressful, go smoothly and comfortably. Thank you Gus and the gang who helped me! Also, they have a great selection of new and used bikes. 10/10, highly recommend!
