Luke with Golden Rule is great to work with. He has been to our house a couple of times and every time he is very thorough. He takes his time and doesn’t leave until I am informed on everything and have a good understanding of recommendations and needs of repair. He’s very respectful and it’s always nice seeing that he is the technician assigned to our place as we trust his work and opinions on our furnace/air unit.

Seth came in and inspected our electrical. We moved into this house 4 years ago and needed reassurance it was up to code compared to new housing. Seth explained everything to our understanding. We did have him install a whole home surge protector. We were satisfied with the pricing and he was able to complete the job the same day.
My brother's furnace went out the day before he needed a hospital treatment and we needed help fast. We called Golden Rule and it was the best decision. They sent Colton out the same day and he spent hours looking at the problem and helping us to make the decision to repair or replace. Our boiler that provides hot water and heat went out for the last time, and when we needed diagnostic for potential repair, fair market bids, and eventually replacement they came out on top. Their team was helpful, fast and transparent as could be - even coming back to make additional improvements after the initial install they noticed would improve the function and lifetime of the boiler system. Would recommend them to anyone.
