Mark and Miranda Paup set out on a new journey in 1999, the company was originally named City Rule and later switched to Golden Rule in 2007. The Golden Rule name was chosen for the reason of what we stand for, treating others how we would want to be treated. In the beginning City, Rule had 4 service trucks. Heating and cooling were added to our services in 2005 and we switched to primary service in 2008. Through the years and many changes, the company continued to grow: more employees, more trucks, and more customers.

Ben came early the day after we called. I know that can't happen every time but this time we really needed it. His plumbing skills are top notch quality. He cleaned up not just his mess but the one that was there previously. Very personable, professional, knowledgeable and was able to explain what he was doing. Excellent job!!
Cooper was such a pleasure to work with! He was thorough with his inspection upon arrival and explained his findings with me so I could understand my options and was very patient while I chose what was the best option for me. Luke was awesome. My most impressive repair person so far! Stella, my kitty, even got to help Inspect the furnace. 😊 Luke was very knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough and explained everything to me and showed me what he was talking about. He offered suggestions for my duct Airflow issue. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself and I can’t even hear my AC running now. It is so quiet. I hope it gets me another 10+ years.
