Mark and Miranda Paup set out on a new journey in 1999, the company was originally named City Rule and later switched to Golden Rule in 2007. The Golden Rule name was chosen for the reason of what we stand for, treating others how we would want to be treated. In the beginning City, Rule had 4 service trucks. Heating and cooling were added to our services in 2005 and we switched to primary service in 2008. Through the years and many changes, the company continued to grow: more employees, more trucks, and more customers.

Evan Carver at Golden Rule was on time, explained in detail issues with our A/C, offered his opinion on what he would recommend if it were his own unit! He even secured a same day appointment for additional information on a new unit as my husband happened to be off work! In addition, I just loved the convenience of the on-line appointment, the text option when 30-40 min out and the phone calls with ETA when running late! Jordan did a wonderful job! He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and explained so we could understand and gave a break down of the repairs and costs. Was able to fix our unit quickly and made sure it was working before leaving. He also left a sticker so that we can make easy and convenient appointments. So happy to be cooling down! Another great experience with Tyler and Jerod installing lighting in my home. Installed lighting and dimmer switches so pleased with the work! I would highly recommend!!! I so appreciate the work ethic. I would use for any future work without question.
Golden Rule has been great every time they come out. Every tech that comes to my house is very knowledgeable, friendly, clean and efficient. I have always had great customer service as well. Definitely would recommend them.
