I spoke with Tyler upon entering the store. Very professional and knowledgeable. There was a minor flaw in my most recent purchase which is rare coming from Sealy products. There was no issue in honoring the warranty. Great customer service and a "thumbs up" from our family. Thanks again!
This was the first time I've been in this store. It has a nice homey atmosphere. The young lady that waited on me was named Sarah. She was very friendly and helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me different options they had. She didn't try to sell me something that I might wouldn't have wanted. The price was real reasonable. Keep up the good work!! I'll will be back again. 😀
Tyler helped my wife and I choose our new King size Jamison mattress. He was courteous, patient and very knowledgeable about the entire mattress selection. This was our second purchase of a Jamison mattress from the GMM Foley location. We didnt feel pressured nor did we get the salesman vibe. He showed us all the mattresses in our price range, explained the differences, helped us weigh the pros and cons and got us 12 months no interest financing as well. We live nearby and just stopped by to look at mattresses. Probably a Serta. After looking at several brands, the Jamison struck us as more comfort, less or equal price, as any. The staff were great and knew their products. We bought a Jamison. I'm talking nearly nine years ago and it still gives both of us a great night's sleep. No lumps or sinks, just a smooth mattress top. The maintenance is minimal--just rotate it 180 degrees once a month. If you miss one, that's OK too. No turning over needed.
