Cheap junk mattresses that start to sag and dip within a year. I told them about it and they said I have to file a warranty claim and that the store has to do it. After that they became unresponsive and wouldn’t respond to my calls. I went into their store and the manager told me “you bought a cheap mattress, it isn’t meant for an adult to sleep on, what did you expect”. Excuse me?! You'll meet Dean when you walk in. His personality is great and he's calm and patient. There's consideration in the prices and pay arrangements and his advice is made with what you'd like in mind. When our delivery needed to be put on hold he was very generous with accommodating our schedule. Over the months that we made payments and visited he was always receptive and responsive. You'll have a comfortable bed and a comforted mind. I highly recommend.
We were originally shopping for a full sized mattress, but our salesperson, Sharon Morrow, was so phenomenal at her job that we left with TWO new mattress sets! Had an absolutely wonderful experience. I had done my research and knew what I was looking for. I first called and spoke with Sharon to ensure that they did indeed have the Jamison latex mattresses I was interested in their store for me to try out. This was one of the most incredible times I had shopping for a mattress that a Doctor told me I needed. They let me try everyone I wanted and I didn't stop until I made that noise when you finally get to relax. Great sales team great product with a staff that LISTENS to your needs.
