Very quick to load! Nice guy at the office. One way in and out, very tight street (lockbridge st) go to the end and check in. Easy docks.
The experience I have encountered at J&S Pallet have all been outstanding. They deliver what they promise and more! Tremendous company that goes above and beyond!!
This company ensured me that after they picked up 140 pallets at my place of business in Warwick they would grade them and send me a check. It's been 6 weeks, I've called and emailed multiple times and they've given me the runaround without payment. I had a really bad experience and would not recommend them to anyone. This is the second time I've had a RI pallet company not pay me (which is essentially stealing.)
I have been going to JS Pallet for several years now for wood and plastic pallets, and every experience I have had has been great. Recently I learned of free scrap pallet wood that the company at times offers to give away for free. I called, scheduled a time to pick up a load of the free pallet wood and when I picked up the scrap pallet wood, I was surprised as to how much they had for me. They filled my trailer to capacity. These guys are excellent. Have an insane amount of pallets in various sizes and their customer service is top notch - needed a single pallet and they treated me like I wanted to buy 100. Would do business with again 100%
