Just moved back to modesto after being in Florida for 5 years. My preemie got sick after a couple days of being here and she was having a hard time. The hospital told us to monitor her, but I decided to take her here a couple days later when she wasn’t improving. The doctor was great! They gave her a breathing treatment and ran tests which came back Positive for infection. They were able to treat her appropriately and with the right medication because of these tests. I called this place at 4:30 because my son had been running a fever and wanted to check for strep throat. I let them know I can be there less than 10 minutes. However, the Provider did not want to care for my son because they “might” reach their capacity!! What kind of “Kids Urgent Care” is this??? Definitely not in this business to care for kids! Very disappointing! Go to California Urgent Care. They were awesome!!

I have been to this place several times. On this occasion, within the last 2 weeks, I looked online before making the 30 minute drive out. It was listed as closing at 2pm. I walked in, worried with my son not feeling well at 1:30pm and the receptionist literally gave me the dirtiest unwelcoming look, she then finally said, "Yes?" I said, " I want my son to be seen." She then said, "Oh. I don't think we can do that. We are already starting to close." Some nurse came from the back and told me I can just manage his symptoms at ... read more

Absolutely love this urgent care! I drive my son here all the way from Atwater if we’re in need of an urgent care visit. They run way more tests than a typical urgent care and there is hardly a wait when we go. All of the staff is kind and helpful, and went out of their way the last time that I had an issue with our insurance. Wish we lived closer so that my son could establish care with their pediatrician’s office that they have as well. We will continue coming back and highly recommended!

The pediatricians here are wonderful. They went above and beyond as well as the nurses. Having a preschooler during flu season is rough, they did tests, breathing treatment, etc. we never feel rushed, they literally sit down with you and answer any and all questions. I feel like you never see that anymore, to not feel rushed and to know that your children are important and heard. My child felt safe, comfortable with staff and were able to do throat/ nose swabs no problem. Thank you to a wonderful staff. Front desk checks you... read more
