The insurance through our company was changed and no one in the area accepts it including my sons pediatricians office. leaving us no choice but to go to the urgent care. My son had a cough for two weeks and we found this urgent care by accident, which is the silver lining in all of this. The prices for self-pay are transparent and affordable. We had the best experience here today with Dr Lenser. The nurses, front desk, and doctors are so sweet and welcoming. The nurse and doctor did so well with my son making us both feel comfortable as they checked him out. Dr Lenser goes above be and beyond We left very happy thanks to them!
So thankful for this amazing kids urgent care we definitely needed one in the area. The moment you walk in your greeted by the sweet receptionist who always has a smile. It’s clean, the waiting area is decorated cute and feels like your somewhere fun so the kidos don’t feel like they are at the doctors. The nurses are all so welcoming and friendly. This urgent care is very nice looking and modern something you don’t see that often. Also the staff at the UC are highly trained especially the physician who was very knowledgeable with his diagnosis . It is also fairly good for people with kids because it has an indoor playroom and fish tank and the decor in there should be very appealing to little ones. Called ahead and they do not take appointments, they’re closed for lunch so made the drive out from Lathrop with all the great reviews. Showed up with 2 children under 2 to find out they don’t accept any children under 6 months. My fault for not asking when I called but I wish they had that on their website that I scoured through. I am given paperwork to fill out and find out they don’t accept my insurance. So the whole trip is a waste and now I’m dragging my kids to the ER.
