Absolutely love this spot for my children. I have 5 kiddos and when they are sick and not able to go into our provider, we come here every time! The providers are so thorough and I love that they have a test than can pinpoint which viral infection they have and give the right treatment! They also call and follow up! Great service!
Very disappointed with this place. My family normally goes to Kaiser. Was excited when they said they could take Kaiser. She went in for sore throat and respiratory infection. They swabbed her throat and nose but REFUSED to treat her until she peed in a cup. I have never had any acute care/er room ever refuse service due to being unable to give a urine sample. Went to Kaiser emergency room immediately after leaving this place informed Kaiser of what they did , the staff there was quite shocked and said that was absurd.
I couldn't recommend this place enough. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. This place is the ONLY place I will take my babies when I can't get them into their pediatrician, saves me the drive all the way to Madera Children's. One time they sent my daughter straight to the ER because of her fever and the ER nurses had nothing but amazing things to say about this office, they know what they're doing.
We loved our experience here! The staff was all so friendly and we were able to be seen quick. The building was nice and clean. The doctor and nurses did a great job caring for my son and did a great job explaining everything we needed to know. Another thing I appreciated was how they kept us informed of the cost of each thing we did because we were self pay. We will definitely come back here for future urgent care needs.
By far the most clean, quick and amazing urgent care . The staff is super amazing, super considerate and just absolutely amazing with my daughter . Thank you !
