David Truong and Mimi's are the greatest! I've called on David for something in particular on a couple of occasions, and I live on the opposite side of the country. David will do all that he can to help you - if he doesn't have it, he will get it; and if he can't get it, he's the type who will help you find it elsewhere. David is appreciative of all people, not only his customers. And the biggest compliment that I can give is that I completely trust him. Do not hesitate to do business with David and Mimi's.

Bad experience bad customer service. I toll in a diamond ring to possibly sell with an appointment I had and the Jeweler did nothing but put it down and try to make the jewelery store and appraiser look bad for their own personal interest of paying lower for it. I will never go there and strongly suggest to my friends not to go there. For the record its a real natural diamond and very nice ring regardles of their byist opinion

I got my engagement and wedding rings here and couldn’t be happier! I absolutely love how they turned out and have received many compliments on them. Plus, David and his staff are always so pleasant and easy to work with.

Recently, my wife lost a pearl earring that was a match to a pearl necklace that I had bought for her several years ago on a business trip to the Orient. We drove to 2 local suburban Detroit jewelry stores to see about buying a replacement pair of earrings. At our local stores we were not able to find exactly what she wanted. My wife was fairly sad that we could not find the style of earrings that she wanted. It was my first time coming here to Mimi's. I was highly recommended by another customer of theirs. I took my wedding ring for repair. One of the 4 prongs broke. Staff are all so friendly and professionals! When i picked up my ring, I was pleasantly surprised how it turned out. I really loved how they fixed it and they cleaned my ring so thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this place! I give this place 5 stars!!! Thank you!!!!
