Bad experience bad customer service. I toll in a diamond ring to possibly sell with an appointment I had and the Jeweler did nothing but put it down and try to make the jewelery store and appraiser look bad for their own personal interest of paying lower for it. I will never go there and strongly suggest to my friends not to go there. For the record its a real natural diamond and very nice ring regardles of their byist opinion

It was my first time coming here to Mimi's. I was highly recommended by another customer of theirs. I took my wedding ring for repair. One of the 4 prongs broke. Staff are all so friendly and professionals! When i picked up my ring, I was pleasantly surprised how it turned out. I really loved how they fixed it and they cleaned my ring so thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this place! I give this place 5 stars!!! Thank you!!!!

OUTSTANDING !!!!! What an amazing jewelry store experience my fiancé and I have had with them... We were treated better than I could ever expect.. Not only are there prices very good their customer service is off the charts.... I will recommend this place highly too anyone and everyone who has any jewelry issues or looking to buy jewelry.. Recently, my wife lost a pearl earring that was a match to a pearl necklace that I had bought for her several years ago on a business trip to the Orient. We drove to 2 local suburban Detroit jewelry stores to see about buying a replacement pair of earrings. At our local stores we were not able to find exactly what she wanted. Sold my old wedding ring here and could not have asked for a better experience. Highest offer I received (and believe me, I shopped it around quite a bit). David was very honest and truly made this an easy transaction. Was in and out within 10 minutes. I hardly ever leave reviews, but this place deserves the praise.
