Good treatment when seen, but they lost track of my attendance and told me that I had missed an appointment that I blatantly had not, resulting in the need for a new prescription and new evaluation before I could be seen. I was told this in person after driving 45 minutes for an appointment with them that I both confirmed and checked in for. My elementary age child broke his arm 2 months ago. It was a small break, and his pediatrician recommended a cast and sent us to a particular doctor at OrthoRI. We called and scheduled an appointment requesting that doctor. When he and I arrived the next day, we showed up 15 minutes before the appointment as requested to complete paperwork (even though I had filled out the paperwork online). awful place to work or go. never go. they treat employees very bad. rotating and revolving staff. management sits on her computer and does nothing and makes everyone else do it. as she knows nothing. apply to university and do not go here to be seen just want your money
I did quite a lot of research before deciding to go with Ortho RI for my knee issues. Kim Chapman & Dr. Alford are two of the kindest doctors I have encountered. I never felt rushed and had all my questions and concerns answered. This office has incredibly kind doctors and that is worth a drive to me!
