I couldn’t have received better care. I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours. I registered online so there was no waiting. The entire building is immaculate. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly. Kimberly Chapman reviewed my old chart before she came in. She was knowledgeable, attentive, reassuring and competent. What more could I ask for. Thank you!
I worked with Dr. Cohen before on a past surgery he did on me and was impressed with him then. 5 years later i had to be seen again for a different issue. His office staff were amazing, they got me in very quickly and my appointment was excellent. From front desk staff, to xray techs and Dr Cohen and his nursing staff they were all amazing. Highly recommend.
My recent Orthopedic appointment was seamless and professional. The Warwick office has plenty of parking, and the facility itself is state of the art. My appointment was scheduled for 8:45 am, and I was in the X-ray room before 9:00 am. The X-Ray tech was pleasant and professional. After a short wait, I met with Ms. Lia Moceri PA-C, who reviewed the films with me, provided a brief tutorial, and explained the results of my diagnostic films. Ashley is always efficient with our time during our appointment and is a caring and attentive healthcare practitioner. She shows me patience and understanding as I ask my questions about my injury and course of rehab. The facility is immaculate and I never am waiting long. This has been a very wonderful experience for me.
I’ve had to go here a couple of times due to injuries and the people and doctors I’ve dealt with have been great. Everything is fine, unless you have to contact the office. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, regardless of what department you call. Your only option is to leave messages and hope they get back to you in a timely manner. I’ve been out of work for weeks waiting for this office to send a proper authorization request to my insurance for an MRI approval and I can’t get anyone on the phone. Ridiculous.
