We were able to get an appointment the same day we called because of some concern we had about a surgical procedure that was the week before. The staff did an examination and afterwards put our mind at rest telling us everything that was concerning us was normal after the type of procedure that was done. Very courteous and professional team! Iwe would recommend Ortho RI to anyone. Great job!
I can't recommend OrthoRI enough. They have really put a lot of thought, effort and expertise into how they provide service to patients. It was so easy and convenient to have my surgery as well as all pre and post-surgical appointments at the Warwick site including: assessment, xrays, the actual surgery and physical therapy. Cant complain about ortho Rhode Island. They are the best. Very happy with my visit with Stephanie. She is very knowledgeable and really cares. Also while I was leaving I ran into Dr.DeLouise he asked how I was feeling. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.
I have been seeing Dr. Moriarty for about a year and a half. She and her team are always upfront and professional. Her care and the team at Ortho RI have helped pave the way for me to stay on track with my overall health and fitness goals. I can attest to this as I age gracefully. I know when I wake up with a new ache or pain, I will be in wonderful hands thanks to her and her staff! Thank you so much!
First appointment was good. Everything was downhill from there. Good luck getting anyone but the same call center to answer the phone and “pass along” messages. No communication or follow up without hounding them constantly. Went to another Ortho completely and never even heard a follow up from these people. It’s like the big box store of Orthopedics and you’ll get the same level of service.
