Everyone is nice, caring professional. They explain everything. The facility is spotless and reception greets you with a smile and lets you know where to go. On to the physical therapy. My experience with Olivia she’s explains everything and will go out of her way to copy any literature that will help you. I’m so glad I switched from university of orthopedic to RI ortho. Difference is night and day.
The facility is bright, clean, and easy to navigate. Reception is pleasant, and helpful. Physician's assistant was polite and thorough. And the Dr. was prompt, and answered any questions i had. Parking can be a little tough, as the lot is usually full almost to capacity. I appreciate the staff, and Drs at this office. Pleasant experience all around.
I’ve had a great experience at Ortho so far. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were extremely helpful in providing directions and helping me make an appointment. During my visit with Dr. Kathina, she was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I felt like I was in good hands. Not to mention, the building was super clean and the waiting areas were comfortable. I would return for any future ortho needs.
I have been a patient of Ortho RI for over ten years. My experience with Dr. Bradley’s team has always been excellent. My visits in recent years have been with Stacie Brzoska. Stacie is the best! I’m always seen right on time, she is kind, friendly and puts me at ease. As someone who has always been squeamish at the doctors, it’s a big deal for me to feel comfortable during a procedure. This speaks to Stacie’s wonderful “bedside” manner.
