I would recommend Dr. Andrew Kay. He was so caring and professional. He did my hip replacement surgery. I was very nervous and he assured me everything would be okay. This was the best decision I could have made. I would recommend Dr. Kay he is the best!
I did quite a lot of research before deciding to go with Ortho RI for my knee issues. Kim Chapman & Dr. Alford are two of the kindest doctors I have encountered. I never felt rushed and had all my questions and concerns answered. This office has incredibly kind doctors and that is worth a drive to me!
My one star review is because I can not get anyone to call me back to make an appointment after leaving several messages. I then decided to go for the "text for an appointment" option. It is completely inefficient and ridiculous. I texted for over 30 minutes yesterday, and still no appointment. They made me start the process all over again today. I'm done. I'll look elsewhere for an office who has someone who answers the phone and/or returns messages. Update: I finally got an appointment, but service here continues to suck. ... read more
This place is beautiful! They took care of my wife's total knee replacement and my double knee replacement last year and this year. Dr. Bradley is great and all the nurses are caring and always smiling. They all actually care about their patients. Thank you ORTHO RI
Arlene kavanagh is the coolest PA I have ever met. Extremely thorough and thoughtful. They made me feel comfortable when I had questions and was very thorough. They made me feel extremely heard and we even got around to talking about personal life. I didn't feel like another patient in a sea of others. I didn't feel afraid to ask a question in fear of being rushed or impositioning a staff member due to time. They are hilarious and a very fun person to be around.
