The facility is bright, clean, and easy to navigate. Reception is pleasant, and helpful. Physician's assistant was polite and thorough. And the Dr. was prompt, and answered any questions i had. Parking can be a little tough, as the lot is usually full almost to capacity. I appreciate the staff, and Drs at this office. Pleasant experience all around.
I’ve had a great experience at Ortho so far. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were extremely helpful in providing directions and helping me make an appointment. During my visit with Dr. Kathina, she was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I felt like I was in good hands. Not to mention, the building was super clean and the waiting areas were comfortable. I would return for any future ortho needs.
Ryan was very thorough and took the time needed to answer all my questions. Everyone was pleasant and my appointment was on time. I only have one complaint, the patient portal. Not very user friendly. I had a little trouble locating where my notes from my visit were. I could not send a message to my team. I actually had to Google how to use the portal to make sure that I was not doing something wrong. I am still going to give 5 stars because I feel that the “human” experience was great!
I have been a patient of Ortho RI for over ten years. My experience with Dr. Bradley’s team has always been excellent. My visits in recent years have been with Stacie Brzoska. Stacie is the best! I’m always seen right on time, she is kind, friendly and puts me at ease. As someone who has always been squeamish at the doctors, it’s a big deal for me to feel comfortable during a procedure. This speaks to Stacie’s wonderful “bedside” manner.
Dr. Pizzarello is the kindest, most caring & knowledgeable doctor. I appreciate the time he takes to explain so I know what's going on and can make informed decisions regarding my care. Nicole, his assistant, is absolutely wonderful too! Very responsive to my calls, compassionate & takes extra good care of me when I'm at my appointment. Thank you for all your help Gratefully, Dawn ❤️
