My recent Orthopedic appointment was seamless and professional. The Warwick office has plenty of parking, and the facility itself is state of the art. My appointment was scheduled for 8:45 am, and I was in the X-ray room before 9:00 am. The X-Ray tech was pleasant and professional. After a short wait, I met with Ms. Lia Moceri PA-C, who reviewed the films with me, provided a brief tutorial, and explained the results of my diagnostic films. Dr. Hudson was extremely nice and professional but the office is completely disorganized. I had my first major flare up in March and couldn’t get an appointment until May. At my appointment, he immediately wanted me to get an MRI for possible spinal stenosis. He said I would receive a call to schedule once insurance approved it. I waited 2 weeks with no call. Once I called the office, they let me know a request to my insurance was never sent. After they sent the request, my insurance requested more information. For weeks, th... read more
Amazing staff! Not that anyone wants to wind up there but if you need to this is the place! Had Dr Alford twice and he is Amazing! Just had to go back for surgery and you immediately feel comfortable and taken care of.
Took months to get an MRI scheduled, and when I finally went, they refused to do it because I'm a 31 year old female and didn't have clearance from an OBGYN??? Not to mention I have the Nexplanon implant in my arm (i.e. NOT pregnant) and evidence shows that MRIs are pregnancy safe. I've had several MRIs in the past and this has never been an issue. And on this huge orthopedic campus (inclusive of an operating suite), they don't have a single pregnancy test? Get real. I'm an RN and worked in surgery for a long time. You ALWAY... read more
I couldn’t have received better care. I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours. I registered online so there was no waiting. The entire building is immaculate. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly. Kimberly Chapman reviewed my old chart before she came in. She was knowledgeable, attentive, reassuring and competent. What more could I ask for. Thank you!
