Arlene kavanagh is the coolest PA I have ever met. Extremely thorough and thoughtful. They made me feel comfortable when I had questions and was very thorough. They made me feel extremely heard and we even got around to talking about personal life. I didn't feel like another patient in a sea of others. I didn't feel afraid to ask a question in fear of being rushed or impositioning a staff member due to time. They are hilarious and a very fun person to be around. Dr. James McCormick is an excellent foot doctor. I have visited him three times in the last several years because of foot injuries. He is very professional and knowledgeable with an outstanding bedside manner. I trust him wholeheartedly. Remarkably, each one of his treatments did not require medicines. I am impressed.
I've had my fair shares of getting X-Rays done and being told that there was nothing wrong with my hips. However, when I went to David Vegari, he explained to me everything I needed to know and asked questions I had very throughly. At first he had me do Physical Therapy to see if it would strengthen the bone in my hips, however going back to him for X-Rays again at the next appointment, my right hip was on the verge of collapsing!!! Please do not seek care from Dr. Jason and his team — he is careless, rude, and creates additional issues during surgery resulting in further corrective surgeries being needed — at your own cost! A classic example of an American doctor looking for any prescription or medical upsell to add to your case without proper follow up care and attention to your injury.
Always a great experience at Ortho RI wether it be for an office visit or therapy. You are taken on time, greeted by smiling and friendly staff, and the medical personnel take their time to explain your injury and how to best recover from it. The therapists are also very knowledgeable and encourage you to get through your exercises so you can recover as soon as possible.
