Ashley is always efficient with our time during our appointment and is a caring and attentive healthcare practitioner. She shows me patience and understanding as I ask my questions about my injury and course of rehab. The facility is immaculate and I never am waiting long. This has been a very wonderful experience for me.
Ortho RI is amazing they are always on time everyone is so pleasant. Arleen Kavanough is always so nice, explains thing you can understand... very personable easy to talk to, and always answer every question I may have. This is a top notch facility. I always recommend it to anyone who is ever in need, and don't get me started on Dr. Mechfree he is the best of the best.
Very impressed upon my initial visit. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment with a professional and polite associate, they took me right on time upon arrival, got X-rays done asap, and I was examined by a professional PA who was personable and well versed in orthopedics. After more than 40 years in the healthcare field, I don’t think I have ever seen such a well run, efficient facility. Every staff member was pleasant and it was clear they all shared the same vision of giving their patients the best care possible. I vas very impressed with how every small detail was addressed. I twisted my ankle severely and I was quite stressed. Arlene Kavanaugh PA, reviewed my situation and after looking at X-rays answered all my questions and quelled my apprehension. She recommended treatment at home and sent me on my way! Ortho RI is very efficient. I’ve come here a few times over the years and I’ve always been treated with professionalism and efficiency.
