The facility is bright, clean, and easy to navigate. Reception is pleasant, and helpful. Physician's assistant was polite and thorough. And the Dr. was prompt, and answered any questions i had. Parking can be a little tough, as the lot is usually full almost to capacity. I appreciate the staff, and Drs at this office. Pleasant experience all around.
I’ve had a great experience at Ortho so far. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were extremely helpful in providing directions and helping me make an appointment. During my visit with Dr. Kathina, she was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I felt like I was in good hands. Not to mention, the building was super clean and the waiting areas were comfortable. I would return for any future ortho needs.
Ryan was very thorough and took the time needed to answer all my questions. Everyone was pleasant and my appointment was on time. I only have one complaint, the patient portal. Not very user friendly. I had a little trouble locating where my notes from my visit were. I could not send a message to my team. I actually had to Google how to use the portal to make sure that I was not doing something wrong. I am still going to give 5 stars because I feel that the “human” experience was great!
Every single time I come here everybody is amazing and professional. They work you rapidly through the appointment, communicate beautifully on each step of the way, including transitioning from office to x-ray and back again and every provider is kind and thorough. I have literally never had a Visit with this group, it was anything short of fantastic
I am very happy with the great medical professionals and staff at Ortho RI. Jen and Nia in the physical therapy department have made my appointments easy.
