Good treatment when seen, but they lost track of my attendance and told me that I had missed an appointment that I blatantly had not, resulting in the need for a new prescription and new evaluation before I could be seen. I was told this in person after driving 45 minutes for an appointment with them that I both confirmed and checked in for. My elementary age child broke his arm 2 months ago. It was a small break, and his pediatrician recommended a cast and sent us to a particular doctor at OrthoRI. We called and scheduled an appointment requesting that doctor. When he and I arrived the next day, we showed up 15 minutes before the appointment as requested to complete paperwork (even though I had filled out the paperwork online). Dr. Sydney Migliori is the best bone specialist I’ve ever known or heard of in my life! My sons have seen them here in RI and I am so grateful the Lord lead me to her when I fell and broke my hip, scapula and ribs in a bad fall. In one visit she saw what Siuth county ER doctors did NOT making my wheeled out same night and suffered the worst pain of my life!!!
