I couldn’t be more satisfied. Everyone I encountered with was very polite and professional. Especially Caroline and her staff , they cared for my needs and when I needed answers they were answered . Highly recommend Ortho RI.
Amy is wonderful, knowable and thorough. She understands why I am not a surgical candidate and injects me with the gel and follows through with cortisone injections. She is real pleasure. All the medical assistants I have encountered have been above and beyond. Every knowable and personable.
Stacie Brzoska and her assistant, Alexa, were both very professional and welcoming to me as they provided my IOVERA injection prior to knee replacement surgery. Excellent care. My only complaint was with the scheduling process, which could be improved and made more responsive. But the care was outstanding.
Ortho RI is very effiencient. I didn’t wait more than 2 minutes in waiting room and they never kept me waiting after that. Melissa is an absolute peach. Very professional but also caring. She gave me all The information I needed in regards to my X-ray results. Surgery options etc. I highly recommend
I highly recommend Dr. Mechrefe, his physician assistant Thomas Cao, and the entire team at Ortho RI to anyone in need of orthopedic or surgical care. From start to finish, my experience with my foot injury and surgical care was exceptional. Dr. Mechrefe is highly skilled and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence going into surgery.
