PSI has completed projects for me for the last 10 years. Most recently they repaved an older parking lot and seal coated an adjacent area. We were caught by an unexpected rain storm that played havoc with the fresh sealcoat. Without complaint they retired a few days later to touch up the coating and assure the job was up to standards. I am so happy with the way my parking lot turned out! Mallory was great with communication from beginning to end and took extra care of us during the process when questions or concerns came up. We recently had PSI do some work on our business parking lot and we couldn’t be happier with their service and the results of the project. Not only were they fairly priced but they were fantastic at communicating all of the steps involved along the way. I also really appreciated Mallory telling me that I would have better results by waiting to sealcoat the entire parking lot rather than just trying to upsell a product that I didn’t need.
