PSI has completed projects for me for the last 10 years. Most recently they repaved an older parking lot and seal coated an adjacent area. We were caught by an unexpected rain storm that played havoc with the fresh sealcoat. Without complaint they retired a few days later to touch up the coating and assure the job was up to standards. We recently had PSI complete a sealcoat project at our apartment community in Boise, and they did an excellent job! The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with from start to finish. The parking lot looks great, and they made the whole process smooth and hassle-free for both management and residents. Highly recommend PSI for any sealcoating or paving needs!

We recently had PSI do some work on our business parking lot and we couldn’t be happier with their service and the results of the project. Not only were they fairly priced but they were fantastic at communicating all of the steps involved along the way. I also really appreciated Mallory telling me that I would have better results by waiting to sealcoat the entire parking lot rather than just trying to upsell a product that I didn’t need. Brandon and his team did the asphalt striping for me at a shopping center in Nampa that I oversee. PSI was professional, affordable, and fair. But above all, they showed up for me and our tenant by getting the work done in time for a corporate site visit-which was a very quick turnaround upon request. I felt that they made me (a new customer) a top priority. And their work was really sharp and professional.
