Christians service was exceptional. The staff at the bank are always friendly. We used to do business banking with ent but the response time and next level service at PPNB have really set them apart. I wouldn’t recommend any other bank to a small business in Colorado Springs and we interviewed a whole bunch of them.
Went in for an inventory loan to open another location. Christian was great and it seemed like it was going to be a no brainer. I have a lot of assets, inventory, cash and my credit score is over 800. I also shown profit since day one on my biz for 4.5 years. So I would have also thought it was a no brainer! So their deciding factor appears to be they don't want or know how to do loans on gun inventory. Not sure if political or ignorance. Great community bank that treats their customers just as that...customers not account numbers. Been banking with them for over a dozen years and won’t go anywhere else.
