I've had to work a private matter with PPNB on behalf of a family member over the past couple of years. Every time I have stopped in, the staff has been very kind, helpful, thorough and compassionate. Man comes out tells two law buying citizens on the sidewalk that they cannot record or take pictures of their bank because they've been cased a lot lately and robbed but then when question he actually even says this branch is never been robbed sounds to me that the paranoia in the banking business is extreme and maybe the people that own these banks need to start either getting them mental help or find new employees

I've been with this bank for about 5 years now and they have been nothing but amazing! Christian has been my #1 guy at the North Academy branch since the day I opened my account! Such a sweetheart and always remembers my son and I. Their staff over all is always so friendly and informative. Gayle at the Old Colorado City branch is another gem from this company. Anytime I've gone to or called that location she has just been such a pleasure😁😁😁😁
