This place is a complete joke! I don't know about the other branches, but on multiple occasions at their Cranston branch, I've had to wait 20+ minutes just to cash a check and make a loan payment!! They are constantly short-staffed and their outdated computers and printers are always breaking down! They should be embarrassed by these aspects. Customer service is rude and unprofessional. My Experience with RI Credit Union was a nightmare,I recently applied for a personal loan and I had many concerns about the loan and I was asking legitimate questions about the loan,I was treated in a disrespectful manner. Their customer service is extremely poor they lack professional ethics.It is a pitty that an institution in bussiness since 1946 conducts themselves in such a negative way.
