On two separate occasions the teller miscounted my money multiple times and gave me attitude when I had the correct amount. The staff is cold and impersonal except for the younger teller. I am never coming back.

We have been MEMBERS of R. I. Credit Union for over 40 years. RICU is the best financial institution in our State. (Note: FDIC banks are great for CDs and money markets.) We older folks remember that the Credit Union opened several days after the 1991 R.I. Banking Crisis; while other credit unions went belly up, and depositors out of lots of money!
