Easy drive thru..quick and very personable service. To me, they are like the way things were when I was growing up.. neighborly. When I drive up the staff greets my sister and I with a warm welcome. I notice the thoroughness when I make my deposit . When I used to go inside.... whenever I asked about something..like other services. I found these professional s informative and never too busy..
Just went to there atm im rockland trust customer there atm excepts my card free of charge also they have multiples of 10 instead of twentie i just moved to pascoag so im thinking of switching banks to here......
This place is filled with the slowest and laziest people I've ever met. Got an auto loan through them and needed additional documents for loan verification. Everything had to be done through the phone because Barbara the loan officer didn't use email for scanned documents the teller told me. After 2 weeks, I got my lease buyout approved and asked where the title was. Barbara told me the bank doesn't receive the title and I should have it. The staff are wonderful people, but the ATM at the Pascoag branch is an absolute dinosaur that should have been replaced during the Clinton administration.
