I went to close on a loan and the assistant manager (Stephanie) was incredibly off-putting with an irritated attitude. She was not courteous or welcoming when I came to the bank and took her time while attending to other tellers when I had an appointment and was pressed for time. Really bad customer service skills and I’m glad this is not my primary bank.
My mom had a problem I tried to talk to someone at the branch and got the run around with no results. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to my worst enemy.
Got money from the atm and they would not change a 10 for two 5s at the counter because I was not a member. Staff seemed disinterested and rude.
I’m treated professionally and with kindness. My needs are always addressed and explained.
Stephanie and the team was great made everything very easy on applying for a loan
