My experiences here have always been GREAT period. The staff are all very nice and professional, etc ☘️
I went to close on a loan and the assistant manager (Stephanie) was incredibly off-putting with an irritated attitude. She was not courteous or welcoming when I came to the bank and took her time while attending to other tellers when I had an appointment and was pressed for time. Really bad customer service skills and I’m glad this is not my primary bank.
My mom had a problem I tried to talk to someone at the branch and got the run around with no results. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to my worst enemy.
They never greet me when I walk in. Always an issue with shared branching.
I’m treated professionally and with kindness. My needs are always addressed and explained.
