I had an outstanding experience at Rick McGill's Toyota, all thanks to Hanna. She was exceptional during the entire process, making it absolutely seamless. Hanna's honesty is truly admirable, and working with her was an absolute pleasure. Her dedication to providing the best service was certainly notable and appreciated. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I took my car in for 5k mile scheduled maintenance. They gave me a document that displayed all of the 5k mile tasks that appeared to be apart of the scheduled maintenance, but when I checked the official Toyota manual, there were multiple tasks that they had on their document (that they charged me for), that were not in Toyota's scheduled maintenance manual. We traded in a 2016 Highlander Limited and purchased a 2021 Highlander Limited at Rick McGill Airport Toyota on airport road in Alcoa, Tn. We realized on the way home that we had made a mistake. The wind noise, seat comfort, and overall poorer quality became more obvious as we drove. Also, they did not show us how to use any of the features to customize this vehicle before we left.
