I had an amazing experience at Sitosna! From the moment I arrived, Joe, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to give me a full tour of the beautiful facility and made sure I was well-prepared, both mentally and physically, for my first cold plunge. Was visiting from Boston a few months back. Very clean, great atmosphere, has everything you need to get really hot and really cold. Has both infrared and traditional saunas. The traditional sauna was the highest quality I have ever experienced. The use of red light in the traditional sauna was a nice touch. The owner is a very nice and welcoming guy. If you’re into sauna and cold plunge, I highly recommend you check out Sitosna.

Sitosna is ahhhhmazing! Such a beautiful place and the owner is friendly and knowledgeable. He will help Guide you through the process. Central PA needed a place like this and Joe has created the ultimate sauna and cold plunge studio.
