This place is such a gem. The moment you walk in, the vibe is relaxed, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable, with a really cool aesthetic. Went here for the first time today and the center is very welcoming and relaxing. The owner is very nice and lets you experience the sauna and plunges at your own pace. Bonus points for having shop cats, would recommend to a friend

Incredible wellness experience at Sitosna! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff. This place feels less like a business and more like friend's house. You go in, take off you shoes, relax in the sauna, maybe take a cold plunge. The materials are high quality natural woods, the music and the ambience are great - we hope it stays this way

Sitosna is ahhhhmazing! Such a beautiful place and the owner is friendly and knowledgeable. He will help Guide you through the process. Central PA needed a place like this and Joe has created the ultimate sauna and cold plunge studio.
