Only two guys working and one was in training. But our ice cream came out quickly. Scoops were generous. I felt $8 for two scoops in a waffle cone was reasonable given the size. Cotton candy was bigger than an adults head. Clean, cute place. Place filled up right after we got here but food still came out quickly. Would eat here again!
We ordered 6 character cotton candy. We loved the puppy, bear and lamb. Arly and Fabio made them. They were so talented and very friendly!! What a fun memory!!
Very cool experience! We bought the unicorn cotton candy and it was top notch! Fun to watch, taste was great and the candy artist did a wonderful job! Definitely check this place out while in Gatlinburg!!
By far the friendliest staff encountered on our trip. We ordered the Lucky Charms Hot Chocolate for our kids and after having a sip ourselves we immediately got upset that we didn’t order one for us!! Phenomenal Hot Chocolate!! We ordered Boba Teas and ended up not wanting them, not cause they were horrible but we misunderstood what would be in it. The staff refunded our money without us even asking for our money back. So much fun to watch them make your cotton candy art! And the milkshakes are insane. So glad we stopped by! (This is a special Valentine’s Day cotton candy bear they were offering!)
