By far the friendliest staff encountered on our trip. We ordered the Lucky Charms Hot Chocolate for our kids and after having a sip ourselves we immediately got upset that we didn’t order one for us!! Phenomenal Hot Chocolate!! We ordered Boba Teas and ended up not wanting them, not cause they were horrible but we misunderstood what would be in it. The staff refunded our money without us even asking for our money back. We went in while in Gatlinburg. It was an amazing place. Plus when we were there, they were making a unicorn out of cotton candy and gave it to my nephew for free!!! Great place and atmosphere
The food is a gimmick just for kids. The add ons are all poor quality. The donuts and brownies are dry with no flavor. Minimal staff working with a line out the door. No one to clean the tables or restock the spoons or straws. The atmosphere is the best part and what sells the poor product to kids.
We all shared the unicorn cotton candy because it's huge. The cotton candy was better than other cotton candy we've had in the past, and the unicorn was adorable. It was delicious! 😋 The staff was friendly and respectful.
Puppy Cotton Candy and Unicorn Cotton Candy are definitely A MUST!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE. The shop has a small staff, so it might take a little time, but it’s definitely worth it. A perfect place to come!!!
