Only two guys working and one was in training. But our ice cream came out quickly. Scoops were generous. I felt $8 for two scoops in a waffle cone was reasonable given the size. Cotton candy was bigger than an adults head. Clean, cute place. Place filled up right after we got here but food still came out quickly. Would eat here again!
This is a fantastic place for sweet treat! Our daughter got the unicorn cotton candy and was able to watch the process which amazed her. The staff was friendly and the place is clean and beautifully decorated
Very cool experience! We bought the unicorn cotton candy and it was top notch! Fun to watch, taste was great and the candy artist did a wonderful job! Definitely check this place out while in Gatlinburg!!
We ordered 6 character cotton candy. We loved the puppy, bear and lamb. Arly and Fabio made them. They were so talented and very friendly!! What a fun memory!!
The place was cute and up beat. If you’re going for the cotton candy, you will love it. It was good and if you get a character, they are adorable. The reason I gave it a bad review was because of a the milkshake. I order a “buzzed” milkshake which was supposed to have moonshine for an up charge.
