This company was recommended by Matt with Champion Inspection Services when Matt inspected my new home. I am so, so glad He did. This was a great experience. Mike and Conner are the best when it comes to replacing water heaters, that's all they do. Be sure to pay with check or cash so you don't get dinged with a credit card fee. The Water Heater Guy provided exceptional service when installing a new 66-gallon AO Smith electric heat pump water heat. He was on time, detailed-oriented and knowledgeable about all aspects of the water heater installation from plumbing to electric panel changes. I especially liked how he tied down all the drain lines. He also installed a pressure control valve which fixed a long term problem with excessive water pressure. The Water Heater Guy was a good communicator, affordable and did expert installation.

Now a day it's such a pleasure to have real professionals show up to install our new water heater. Mike and Conner were great, they shared their knowledge on how to care for and get the best performance out of our new system. I highly recomend The Water Heater Guy if you need repair or a new system, you won't regret it.

I never had a better experience with a service provider. Never. Mike and Connor are true pro's.....clean, quick, and professional. And their price was considerably lower than the quotes received from the large plumbing outfits. I highly recommend consulting Mike first if you need to replace a water heater.
