I went for a quote for new windows for my house. The show room employees were nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I worked with Randy B. He was professional and was on time for the measurements. The quote was done in a timely manner. I did go with them the installers Jay M. & John D. were like the show room people (friendly, nice, and knowledgeable). I would recommend them for windows, and when I go to do doors they will be the first people I call for quotes.
John and Jason did an absolutely fantastic job on replacing 4 windows. Very impressed by the work they did and the cleanup. Also probably saved our lives, when they were outside working on the windows, they smelled gas. We immediately called the gas company and they sent Adam out. Yes we had a leak and are now waiting for the repairs to be done.
Had 8 new windows installed on July 8th and 9th by John and Jason. We got double hung and I just love them especially the kitchen window! The installers were skilled, friendly, very neat putting tarps down inside and cleaned up any mess that removal and install made. We were very pleased with the whole process. Sue and Larry Ida MI
