We have had two different guys come to our home this week: first, to assess our needs; second, to begin our initial service. They were both personable, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I haven’t seen this type of customer service in years. I applaud University Pest Control for having excellent employees and would highly recommend them to anyone in the greater-Southern Arizona area.

Gabriel does a great job - very thorough, courteous and professional. I am happy I found this company the take of insects, terminates and Angel does an exceptional job treating the desert floor with pre-emergent. Big fan here!

Making an appointment was quick and easy . All of the technicians provided excellent customer service and explained everything and I would definitely come back and recommend to others. George horn was an amazing technician very nice and asked if we would like to do follow up appointments. Every technician always came on time. The price is extremely reasonable, especially that they came out three times. 10/10

The service is always good and effective! The customer service is great! The personnel/technicians/workers, are great! Workers are very nice, friendly, professional, and have been on time, or early! 👍

University Pest Control worked hard to resolve a serious problem with rats on our property. We had damages to our RV, garage, roof, attic and electrical wiring. University Pest Control continued coming back twice a week until the rat problem was taken care of. Riley and George blocked up all the openings where the rats were getting into the house and garage. They were professional and attentive to our needs.
