Villa did a great job updating the gym. I would still like to see some of the elliptical running machine maintained better. The gym is clean and the bathrooms are well maintained. The staff is friendly and clientele are respectful to each other.
Here to say thank you guys for going the extra mile and making things right (Matt, Joseph, and Dusty) i believe it was. For all the calls letting me know you found my water bottle & set it aside for me very carefully to make sure it gets back to me. I appreciate you guys for the hospitality and generosity. I look forward to continue my gym journey here. You guys are awesome. Thanks again!
Been working out here since the Golds Gym Days into Axiom, and now Villa Sports. Last six months have been tough and a bit of an inconvenience but the finished product is one of the nicest gyms / locker rooms in the Valley! Seriously nice work! 5 Stars!
I called asking about a yeti water bottle I had. It was custom. And they said that they had it and that they would keep it safe for when I come and get it. when I came to go get it about 5 days later. It was gone. I believe that employees steal peoples things when they don’t come and get them that day. Which is absolutely unacceptable. ( I asked if it would still be there for me when I got back In town, thats why it took me 5 days. And the employee I spoke with said yes it will be there and no one will touch it. so... this hostile takeover by villa sports IS AWFUL... every since they took over the front desk service is super weird and juvenile... and they removed all the towel hooks and benches in the pool area...not sure why !!! and they gave less seating room in the steam room. and they are doing the cheapest nastiest more unwanted remodel. they made the hot tub luke warm. it used to actually be a HOT TUB. and they are spending our money on locker rooms nobody needed or wanted. the locker rooms were already perfectly nice and mode... read more
