I have been a frequent visitor to Villa Sports for quite a while. I was happy to see the recent remodel, hoping it would improve the facility overall. However, I have noticed that the maintenance of the hot tubs has been seriously neglected. The hot tubs are consistently nasty. The gym equipment needs updated there is a lot of equipment that doesn't work here. The new lockers they have people constantly go through and lock them all then when you tell the front counter all the lockers are locked they won't do anything about it. Corporate has taken over here and it has went wayyyyy down hill. I feel like they respond to our reviews only to try and make themselves look good when in reality they could care less about the people that works out there. Who's ever in charge definitely shouldn't be.

The dues keep going up, but the equipment quality goes down. This gym has gotten filthier and filthier since Villa took it over. They need more than that one cleaner guy, and need all of the equipment serviced. I took family members to the aqua workout with me and the pool had multiple hair clogs floating around, with Spalding concrete, the hottub was litterally foaming green with small fly/flea things. If you are looking for a gym that clearly demonstrates a common theme among the staff, then Villa Sport Fitness at Fairview is your place. Excellent service from sales, management, front desk, and personal training at the Fairview location. Starting with Alex, his ability to think outside the box is the reason for signing up with Villa Sport.
