We were in a pinch, and Andrew came and made sure we were completely taken care of. Went way beyond and gave us great advice about where to take the car to and what sides of town were best for our situation. Amazing service and very good at his job. Great company.

they came to us with excellent customer service, and went above and beyond to help us when we were in severe need of help. When no other tow company’s were willing to help us Mike Wells tow company stepped up and showed us what real customer care is like, even well after they’re closing time Mike continued to stay with us, making sure we were settled in a comfortable environment. Our car gave out in Perry on the way back from a trip to FL. We were three hours from home with young kids. The people we met in Perry took great care of us, including this awesome towing company. Our tower picked up our car AND us, then dropped us off at a rental car place in Warner Robbins (which was not on his route) before taking our car to Macon for repairs because he saw that we were in a bind. Super thankful for Mike Wells Towing. My car wouldn't start and I was stranded at the CrackerBarrel in Perry with my kiddos, I don't really know anyone in the area who could've helped at that time and with the heat and impending thunderstorms it meant a lot that the friendly lady who answered the phone was able to send someone out quickly. They got us going and back on the road for a fair price. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

My daughter, a college student was driving from Atlanta to Tallahassee and had a flat tire. We are military and live in Hawaii. She had just came to see us for spring break but when it was time to go back she flew into Atlanta and had to drive to Tallahassee. To our surprise, she didn't have a spare tire.
